Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Brookhaven

I have been coming to this Buford hwy location for nearly two years. At one point I visited this location at least once weekly (mainly Friday nights) because they have been positively consistent in many ways. My experience has 'always' been wonderful. The staff has always been very friendly and gave great attention to the preparation of my pizzas and whatever else I ordered. I always knew that when I opened my box my mouth would water in anticipation of taking the first bite of the delicious looking, well prepared pizza. Unfortunately, that was not the case today when I picked up my order shortly before 1pm today (3/31/2024). Something told me to check my thin-crust pizza and wings before leaving the store. I ignored my gut feeling. My meal was absolutely awful. Most of the chicken was placed in the middle of the pizza, the thin crust was super hard and tasted burned which caused me to barely taste the BBQ sauce. The thin crust was so hard that it crumbled in my mouth while some pieces fell flying out of my mouth & onto the floor. I ordered the Hot Buffalo sauce for my wings. The wings were barely covered in the sauce - it was ridiculous. This review is less about Domion's itself or this location. However, it is more about the male employee who clearly does not care about his work performance. If I didn't live nearly 3 miles away (and wasn't so hungry) I would have promptly returned to this store and told the employee to either refund my money or cook my order again - correctly this time & with him caring about how he prepared the food, rather than 'throwing' it together and not giving a SH**. I have certainly wasted my money and time today with this order and I am highly disappointed. I hope management sees this review and addresses this with the male employee who worked on 3/31/24 and on the clock...

Even though it was my first time ordering from this restaurant and they had a rating of 3.4 stars, I was still a little bit hesitant. However, my guests and I were hungry, so we decided to take a chance. Additionally, it was the location that was closest to the Doubletree by Hilton, which was our home for the Memorial Day weekend. Our delivery ladies name was Shaneka, and we were satisfied with the service she provided; she was prompt, professional, and extremely kind. Our meals were served piping hot and fresh from the oven, making them exceptionally tasty. I feel obligated to mention that in our experience the store exceeded our expectations in terms of their service, and we are grateful for the amazing experience we had. I go to Atlanta frequently for work and always stay in the same general neighborhood at a Hilton Property. I will be keeping this restaurant in mind as a potential go-to option in the future. We are really grateful for Domino's providing us with a PIZZAeRRIFIC dinner. Shaneka You are GREAT- You should get a bonus from your employer since you are the greatest delivery driver we have had in a very long time. I really hope that in the not too distant future I will meet more individuals like you....

Ordered from this location for my fellow colleagues and myself. Waited practically a hour and a half for the food. When the food arrived the pizza was not in the slightest bit fresh nor hot, the fact alone that it took more than the established delivery time that was originally stated when the order was placed was very dissatisfying. The original order was a pepperoni pizza with the 8 piece hot wings. The pizza was not hot at all and tasted like it was made prior to my order and they just gave me an order that had not been picked up yet. The wings which were supposed to be hot wings barely even tasted like they were thoroughly done. While they were supposed to be full hot wings it looked as though a good portion of the wings had just had sauce sprinkled over them while some of the other wings had no sauce on them whatsoever. The wings did not even taste like they were done and this overall was a horrible experience being as though me and my coworkers were hungry and had been patiently waiting for this food as long as we were waiting on it. Highly disappointed, would have honestly rather saved my money and starved instead of waiting that long for the food to taste like...
