Worst sub sandwich place and I might have to put this beneath subway because I don't even like subway. I decided to come here to try a new sub place since I'm really fond of trying sandwiches and I got a free coupon from the t-mobile tuesday app, my coupon worked but I tried to apply the coupon for my mother and It didn't work for some whatever reason. Cashier looked like he was losing his patience with me as I was trying to fix the coupon so my mom eneded up paying for it anyway. The cashier with the dreads that pulled up on his skateboard to work had the worst lousy customer service, he gave me a look intended he was asking to get smacked in the face. I'm not rude but I really don't know why he was giving me a look as I went to get a drink from the drink dispenser. My mother asked for turkey on her sandwich but still somehow they found a way to screw up her order. We rarely eat ham in the family, my mom doesn't eat ham regardless, that was really careless on their part. Overall the whole setting was a bad experience for my eyes as well because I'm not sure why my eyes randomly and painfully started hurting, my guess was from the sense of the onions but that never happened anywhere but that place. Read moreI am a very long-time customer of the Jersey Mike’s on Briarcliif in Brookhaven GA, and I have been a Shore Points member for years, but I will not be going back. The wait times have been getting longer and longer for my orders to get completed in recent months, but today was the final straw. It took me 25 minutes to get one regular size sub, and the order was completely wrong: both the wrong sandwich and the wrong bread. The woman running the grill prepared a grand total of two subs during the 25 minutes I stood there, but waited roughly 20 minutes before even putting my (wrong) order on the grill. You may think the branch was under-staffed. They had six people on duty—quite frankly more than I have ever seen before. The staff was not rude in any way, just clueless. And the sandwich I received was not only wrong, it was BAD.
We know Jerry Mike’s has jacked its prices way up—$13 for a regular sub, chips and drink. Now I understand that the increases are to cover the costs of the incessant commercials touting the exceptional quality of the product....
Read moreMy second time coming to this location. The first time, I received excellent service and food well prepared. For the second time, the service was not as excellent as my first visit. The male employee (whose name I didn't get) quickly made the food. However, he wore gloves to prepare the food, picked up a pen, touched the register, then went to slice the meat and cheese, and made a sub for the next customer. He should have removed his gloves to use the pen, touched the register, and put new gloves on for the next sandwich prep. He didn't make eye contact and was not welcoming. Maybe he was having a bad day, and that's understandable, but at least he should have made the customers feel welcome and prepared food with better safety and hygiene. I'll try back...
