I had called and spoke with Allen over the phone about my phone and I was told to come by and let them look at it. So I dropped by on my way to work and told them I thought my speaker was going out per AT&T and Apple after they done a diagnostic testing on my phone and said I needed a new phone or have this one sent off to be repaired n gave a high dollar quote with my insurance price, so I went another route on giving this company a try that a friend recommended to me so I went to the store and ask for Allen. Allen looked at my phone and said “the speaker is just dirty, it needs cleaning, and ask permission to take my phone to the back to clean it. Allen had my phone for a total of 5 minutes and it was working.. very bright and intelligent and not to mention great customer service and I highly recommend this place for your cell phone repair. Two months ago I brought my phone in for repair. They called me telling me a plate was missing and needed to be put back in. After that, the phone screen stopped working on the left edge.
