I placed a mobile order and after receiving my bag of food. I noticed right away that they barely even gave me any fries. The guy that handed me the food seen me pick up the bag of fries that was short and o ly had small like inch and inch and a half fries in it which didn't even stick out the the pack it comes in and he could tell I wasn't happy about it. I was willing to let it go and not say anything. Then I noticed they didn't give me any tangy barbeque that was on my order that was supposed to come with my chicken nuggets. I then ask for barbeque and then I'm told it will be 50 cents for barbeque. If they'd do their jobs right, I wouldn't have had to ask for any barbeque. I was so upset with the whole experience and poor service I received, i abruptly left without receiving my drink or large frappe. I live right by the McDonald's located by the perimeter mall and eat their every other day, which I've never received poor service like I received at this location(3510 Ashford Dunwoody).. I highly recommend you don't eat here and to go to the one by the mall for a better overall experience. The one by the mall (4540 Ashford Dunwoody) usually gives you two cups of barbecue with your food and if you were to ask for a cup of barbeque, they will literally just give you two without trying to harass you for 50 cents a cup. The difference in the atmosphere, customer service and food quality is very different between these locations which says a lot about the management at each.. So… I just opt of getting a refund this time. The manager on duty, had no type of empathy on the situation. He walked to the drive thru and handed me a refund. I asked if I could have the money placed back on my card. He stated NO, because he didn’t know how I paid and he already refunded me. After going back and fourth, he asked for my card. I parked and came in. I payed using tap pay. So when I tapped my card to receive the refund. He kept saying it’s declining! So I asked do you need my physical card. He still was acting as if he was unsure. I left to go and get my purse which has the physical card and the refund went through.The manager refused to give his name, he was African American maybe mid 20s or 30s. Bilingual, very sassy … As a manger you suppose to be an example. The back and fourth over $4 and the lack of empathy was ridiculous.You made the issue more complex. Read moreI order Curbside Number 1. No one ever came out with my order. After waiting for awhile I decided to walk in. I noticed on the app that my order was completed. I never received my order. So while I'm inside, no workers greeted us and/or acknowledged us. There were customers who have been waiting for over 30 minutes, a dad and his son waiting to place their order, and a GrubHub worker waiting for her order. No one came out untill one of us yelled and got the manager's attention. The manager didn't do a great job in defusing the circumstances. There was food sitting on the counter before I walked in. Once I was acknowledged and repeated what food I ordered she told me she announced my food awhile ago. Mind you I'm curbside. Why would go inside to get my food when the purpose of curbside is for the workers to bring out our food to our cars and Curbside location. She then proceeded to give me the cold food and the melted drink. I refused to take it. I wanted fresh food. She then came back with my order and tried giving me a small frappe when I order a large.
