Everyone I have interacted with has been nice and helpful and very good customer service but I would like to specify a specific employee named Landon …. He is the sweetest soul and he provides exceptional customer service with a big nice smile and a wonderful greeting. I go there every day. He has learned what I like he finishes my order. Very few decent workers. Workers on 11/2/24 4:40pm made me circle the whole store again to “go back to the speaker” because they obviously wasn’t watching the orders and didn’t have my online order ready. No one was even at the store but me and the workers. They laughed and was rude when I told them I felt it was inappropriate to have to drive around when no one was in line but me. Love the drinks but seriously have had struggles with a simple bagel with cream cheese. I even wrote it off as a bad day and have tried 3 more times since. I usually door dash it and click cream cheese and they tried to blame the door dasher on not getting it. The bag is sealed and the labels on the bagel said cream cheese.
