The cashiers was nice, i just dont think they put my order in correct. ( a cashier in a steak place should carry oneself as a server in a sit down restaurant.), Meaning the food prep that a customer(guess) orders should be assured that the order is correct. because the one who takes the order is the core of the connection to the cook from the customer... there was too many people that looked unsanitary behind the counter. I was so dissapointed with the food the putting the fries in the bag with no cover, the old oil tasting fries, because I asked for well done fries, ( the fries seem like they scraped all old fries that was refried and serve them to save money or just to be lazy... and the most unsatisfaction was my cheese that I paid extra for, (American and Provolone) was not on my steak... Ive been eating my steak like this for many years im a cheese lover as well as good food love. this place is just making money of its name and not living up to it's reputation. SMH! why? Do your job with pride not free glide. Ask all those people behind the counter at the Gateano's on r130 , WHY? ETC! I wouldnt be compalaing if my sandwich and fries that I paid over 16 dollars for was absolutely NASTY! AND NOT EVEN MY AMEICAN CHEESE THAT I PAID FOR... Read moreWe're done with them. Ordered the other night, was told 30 minutes. 2 hours later our food arrived, Cold, soggy and not even right. I called after an hour and was told by the manger that the driver had a flat, yet when the driver finally arrived he said no one had a flat. Why lie to me, just say your running behind. But then when I called about about the cold food and incorrect items the manger said she would resend the food, I said no, everyone was hungry over an hour ago and now you want us to wait another 2 hours. So she told me she'd give us a credit for our order under our phone number in thier system. The order was $51.00. So tonight we order again, giving it another chance. I tell the girl about the credit and said it's for $25. Are you kidding me!?!?! So now I'm pissed all over again. Told 30 minutes. Lol 50 mins later the driver called to confirm the address bc they had my street spelled wrong. He says he's leaving there now. Should take no longer than 8 minutes to get to my house. 35 minutes later the food shows up. So, needless to say, they have lost...
Read moreSo they’re food is REALLY good, but they are very frequently forgetting things and messing up orders. Ordered a wrap like a week or two ago and they forgot lettuce. HOW DO YOU FORGET LETTUCE?? 🤣 Every time we order cheese fries.... sorry, every time we pay for cheese for our fries... they forget the cheese. Ordering extra anything? There’s a 97% chance you’re not going to get it, whether it’s extra condiments or sides, and regardless of what you’ve paid for it. Today I ordered my daughter a burger with lettuce tomatoes and pickles. They put lettuce tomatoes and onions, which she can’t have. (Don’t worry, she and I switched meals so she wasn’t in contact with the onions) Ordered extra blue cheese as well, naturally they didn’t send that either.
I order from the gaetanos in voorhees all the time and literally never have problems. Idk if it’s an issue with their online ordering system or what, but it’s a lot of trouble. If the food wasn’t so good I’d never order from them, but I understand why people have so many...
