This was not a good choice to go to, I drove 35 minutes for their pasta in a cheese wheel, when I got there I immediately knew I wasn't gonna like what I came for but you never know looks can be deceiving so I gave it a try after that drive, 1st the cheese wheel looked old and dirty, it was down to the skin almost completely hollowed out, I asked if they had a fresh one twice and he said these things are expensive and laughed like I was kidding, he then put some water in the cheese wheel and then proceeded to try and scrape some cheese off of the skin, it was so hard that hardly any cheese was coming off, he tried to use a small torch to melt the skin so he could scrape some of and that wasn't doing anything, when he thought I wasn't looking he then proceeded to pour some Alfredo sauce into the cheese wheel to make it seem like there was melted cheese in there, there was almost none, he put my pasta in the cheese wheel and tried to mix it and coat it with cheese but there was almost no cheese left on the wheel to even mix, once he put it in the bowl he added more Alfredo sauce because the pasta barely was coated with cheese, to top it all off the food was luke warm almost room temperature, I took 2 bites and threw it away, 20 bucks wasted plus my time, everything was nasty about this place, good concept if it was done right but they aren't hitting it...
Read moreMushy, overcooked pasta, pretty bland. Customer service is also sub par. It must be family and friends writing those reviews. Zook in on my pictures. Does that look al dente to anyone? Their attempt at being hipster and edgy is a total disaster, as everything is deconstructed, then layered into an oversized cup, before they shake it around. The meant and the sauce still managed to stay at the bottom, hence the layering. You have to dump the entire thing I to a bowl, then re-mix it at home.
That format is a fail. A...
Read moreI usually don't write review but this place has won my heart. Its just too good. I tried the pink vodka sauce and the tiramisu. The sauce is very tasty. It feels just so authentic, its not like one of those places that just serve melted cheese as sauce. Its balanced. Its perfect. Just loved it. The quantity is also pretty good. Definitely a pocket friendly place. The staff is also very caring and polite. The tiramisu is also one of the best I have had, again very good quantity. Highly recommend this place....
