Horrible service! Called in for a pick up and there was a mistake on my order when I arrived. I called back to remake my order because my food was the wrong option and it was all watered down. A staff member named Runi picked up my call yelled at me and demanded that I was in the wrong and I should listen to her clearly. She said that I had no right to order for two people and that next time my mother should order for herself. Did not know there was a policy on number of orders? She was extremely disgusting and very disrespectful. Also, the staff needs to step it up and show some professionalism! They are unfriendly and don't greet you the moment you come in. Overall, it's an unpleasant atmosphere, all they care about is to sit you down and take money from you! I warn you not to waste your money and time here! Did they forget that they are working in customer service and not running an assembly line?!
