It’s a horrible experience and never go there again. It was my first time to call this restaurant and made an order there at 7 pm last Friday. The female staff who answered my phone call told me I could pickup my order after 35 minutes. I arrived in the restaurant at 7:35 pm and this staff confirmed my order and said I needed to wait for a couple of minutes. The restaurant was not clean because no one cleaned the table after the customer ate and left. I was waiting there until all 5 customers coming earlier than me picked up their order and left. At 8:00 pm, I realized the staff already started to call the customer who arrived in later than me to pick up her order. I asked why they let me wait for over one hour even they told me I could pickup my order in 35 ~ 40 minutes. The chef said there were a lot of orders that day and the pickup time was just an estimate. I said I came on time and the staff told me clearly to wait for a couple of minutes after confirming my order. It was not a couple of minutes, I waited there for over 25 minutes even I arrived there after 35 minutes of making an order. I also said they didn’t keep their promise to the customers about pickup time. The chef became mad and he canceled my order. In addition, he said he didn’t sever me. This is an unbelievable place without a basic business manners. I wasted 70 minutes there and finally they canceled my order because I complained. Don’t trust their words regarding the pickup time.

Hi the chef, I answer your response here. On Friday, I asked you several times to show the receipt that I ordered, you didn’t show that. Please put my order receipt here if you want to let other people know you didn’t make a lie. You didn’t keep your promise to give the food on time and now you still made a lie here, that’s the reason why other people also wrote the review here to complain about your pickup time issue. You are lying and don’t try to improve your service, that’s the reason you can’t stop the customers to tell their stories about your pickup time issues here. Yes, I didn’t want to argue with you in the restaurant and thanks for other customer called the police. I explained to the police what happened and the another police who talked with you said you refused to serve me. I told the police that was not fair and you did wrong things. As I had a meeting at 8:30 pm, I had to leave and gave up on arguing with you at 8:10 pm. Could we meet at your restaurant again and call the police to continue to discuss this issue? Let’s show who made a lie here through the report...

We have been long time customers of Super Fusion and I hope I can leave a fair review. Their sushi is fantastic. From a quality and taste perspective, we have no issues. But recently, they have been running way behind on their time estimates, which is fine considering COVID, but it would be better if they can be more realistic about timing. The first time, my husband waited over 30 minutes. Today, I arrived 35 minutes after they told me 20 minutes and I still had to wait. But the worst part was watching the chef look visibly upset and throwing the items around while preparing the food, as if what I was asking was extremely unreasonable. Don’t be fooled by the somewhat outdated interior and hole in the wall feel. The focus here is on the food!

Good quality fish, creative rolls, and efficient service. The price-to-value ratio can’t be beat. Tastes that much better with the reasonable prices. Note that you can tell the fish is not top-notch quality, but it hits all the right notes for an everyday sushi craving. Some rolls are more outstanding than others. My favorite so far was one that incorporated crunchy tempura bits into the minced tuna topping (forgot the name!).
