Leeann Chin — Restaurant in Brooklyn Center

Recently I was double charged for a meal I had purchased at this particular establishment. Once I discovered the issue, I went to speak with the manager about the problem (thinking nothing could be done because the incident had occurred the previous week). I explained the situation to the General Manager and instead of telling me he was unable to do anything for me, he took my information, went into the office, did some research and found my transaction for that meal and told me my problem would be fully taken care of. He also told me that my problem would be taken care of within a couple of days. Today I returned to the same establishment to get myself another meal and the General Manager recognized me and he asked if I had been given my refund yet. I told him that I had not. He then proceeded to take care of todays meal in lieu of my missing refund. I am very big on customer service and this General Manager truly showed excellent said customer service - he even smiled and shook my hand. This General Managers name is Ken B. ...

I’ve had one of the most helpful customer service experience ever last night! My son is allergic to multiple ingredients in food and the worker Ka was welcoming and was never annoyed with my questions, matter of fact would nod, smile and answer formally to make sure I was acknowledged for my son’s needs. She even pulled out a menu handbook to show me ingredients when she wasn’t sure, wow! When ordering, she glanced at the food and told me she will order me a fresh batch because the food I wanted did not look amazing. I am so glad she did not pack my family an old batch of food she knew was not well to serve. She did not pack my appetizers before my dish was ready and when my dish was ready, she made sure I got the fresh appetizers that came out seconds before my dish. Wowww !! I went to this location of Leeann Chin for my first visit to this restaurant ever and I couldn’t be more pleased!! The food was top notch. They gave me samples since I had never been to one. I chose the fried rice with orange chicken and bourbon grilled chicken. I would have taken a pic but, I kind of ate it all. The restaurant was a chill environment. The staff was very patient with me as I was baking decisions. Made sure if I wanted anything else, they was there to get it. The lady I wish I would have gotten her name but, she helped me pick what I would want! Recommended my chicken to me. I couldn’t be more happier. It was clean as well.
