The ”MANAGER” with the pink hair is extremely rude and unprofessional. This is the third time she has been unnecessarily rude to me and or the person I was with. First time: while placing an order my client asked for no ice in her drink and when we got her drink it had ice in it so I asked them to pour the ice out. She got irritated and said I should have said that the first time. I told her that I told the lady who took my order. She snatched my drink and then took almost 4 minutes to give it back. Second time: I got my food and checked it while still at the drive-through window, she opened the window telling me I need to move. I told her my food was wrong, she asked me to come inside because she has a line. I explained I can't leave my clients in the car. She got visibly irritated so I asked for the manager to help me. She proceeded to say ”I am the manager and asked me to move” I left and called the next day but I think it was her I spoke to so I doubt anyone spoke to her. The third time (today): while placing our order my boyfriend asked the lady to add two bbq sauce cups to our order. The EMPLOYEE said okay and to tell them in the second window. I paid with my credit card at the first window. The manager gave me my food at the second window and walked off while I was talking. So I waited for her to come back. I asked for the two cups of bbq sauce I asked for, she said 50 cents. I said I asked for it with my order so it should have been added. I also told her that I was just told to REMIND them at the second window. She said ”I DON’T CARE WHAT SHE SAID IM THE MANAGER” The EMPLOYEE started telling her what happened and she said ”I DON’T CARE” I found some change in my car and asked for my receipt so I can call and she shut the window. Read moreWeird. Came here on New Years Day after putting in a mobile order for carry-out but when I got there the doors were locked. I called their phone number but it didn't pick up or even go to voicemail. I ended up picking it up through the drive thru instead. I ordered two things one of which was a salad I used a reward on. The app didn't say they were out, but when I got to the window to pick up my food, they only handed me the other thing. I waited and they asked what else I needed and I asked for my salad. They responded that they were out of lettuce and therefore had no salads. I wasn't informed of this by the app, at the speaker, or even when they gave me my food. They seemed to expect me to somehow pick up on that on my own. So I have used the app to try to refund the salad reward so that I can use it at a different location, but to no avail. It refunds nothing because the salad was technically free. This is far from the first issue I have had or even the first instance of this exact same situation at this location; rest assured I will not be returning. Read moreIf you can go to any other Wendy’s (besides the one in north Minneapolis on Broadway) please do. You will wait for a loooooong time for service no matter how many cars are in line. They don’t greet you we’ll just basically say “go ahead” or “whatcha want” No smiles at the window, it’s almost like they are bothered. Mostly children working who haven’t even learned work ethics yet. But the reason for my review is… How do you mess up a 4 4 4? Ordered one and didn’t get the nuggets (they were for my dog) and didn’t realize it until I got home and had nothing to give to my spoiled fur baby. Tried calling the store to let them know I’d be back, but got no answer. Called right back and someone picked up the phone and hung up. Tried again and they kept ending the call. I wonder if good customer service is just a thing of the past because at this point I’d just take mediocre service, just don’t cuss me out and give me what I pay for and I’m satisfied, but I can’t even get that. Remember back when making sure the customers were happy was a top priority? I would go back to the store but I refuse to waste $5 worth of gas for some $1 nuggets that taste like deer knuckles anyway.
