The server (Lisa) was not very good with listening skills. In addition, she charged our party up to 2 times additionally beside our purchased meal. When she was asked how she charged 6 meals for 3 people she didn't have an answer. We asked for the manager after determining the server had an additional charge on one of our tickets. Instead of him (Tony) asking about the issue he came over and slapped a $10 bill on the table and said, "we're just going to give you $10... Will that cover it?". Response: Well actually, no, the issue is the 3rd charge for $13.97! How rude was that? Then his defense about the charges was: "we've been around a long time and this never happens...I promise you you won't be charged". I have heard of word being bond but this is ridiculous! Who does that? Who acts like a snotty nose kid when dealing with their customers? So you're attitude is: here take this ($10) and get out vs let me give my best effort to remedy things! I'm glad stress relief 101 post Hurricane Harvey is in tact! Needless to say: We won't be patronizing Fat Nats again!

We've frequented this location for over 2 years. It's never changed and we love it. Whether it's to go or dine in the staff are friendly and the food is always hot and ready when ordered. We usually order just 2 dishes and share or we just can't finish it! We generally order the norm with American fries and then a side of pancake with blueberries. They are more like your rustic old school diner with some modern twist to it.

Whenever we get something to go they'll make an effort to make sure we get enough utensils and condiments.

Atmosphere: 5 The earlier you go the better chance you have of being seated quicker. Or in the afternoon it's absolute chaos. Food Quality: 5 Great. It's not something I can't make at home but it's part of the experience and they're good at it. Service: 4 I can side with the other reviewers that it so happens that some times they may not care but it's because they're busy! Cleanliness: 4-5 Fair, some times it's sticky some times it's wet. I'm not too picky. Cost: $12.65 without tip

I haven't been here for a while and I won't be back for a while. The staff, food, and service were not up to Fat Nat standards.

Our server was just one step from rude. She took our order and disappeared. Our food came, we saw how much there was and asked for boxes immediately. She didn't come back to check on us until it was obvious we were through eating - no "how's your food", "would you like a beverage/water refill", nothing. We again asked for boxes and also our check. She came back, dropped them on the table, and then left - without a word.

Sometimes bad service can be excused because servers are people and can have off days. When the food is bad too, it's the double whammy.

My friend's bacon was stone cold. My hash browns were so crispy it was like eating Cap'n Crunch. My eggs Benedict was equally dismal. The hollandaise sauce was bland and gritty looking. The ham was burnt and the English muffin almost uncooked. This food was totally not what I'm used to at Fat Nats - it was...
