Passive aggressive and rude. I go in every weekend and get my family breakfast treats and coffee. I order a sausage, egg, and cheese on bagel and nicely ask if they can cut it in half (because it is too big to handle). In the beginning it was never an issue, and then every time I would get into car it wasn’t cut. Just went today and asked if they could please cut it, and that they never cut it anymore even though they tell me they do. When I got home there was a plastic knife stuffed through the container and it wasn’t cut. If that was my employee she would be gone for the day. Wrong order. Both orders wrong. Sign in drive thru window states 'accidents happen'. This is true, but no apologies, just a statement that we either don't care enough to properly train our staff or we can't get employees who are worth a paycheck. Was emailed after posting if we went back in or mentioned to management, as well as my harsh reviews. No did not go back as we were several miles down the road. Drive-thru on 12/30 at 12:30 p.m. 90% of my order was wrong. I stopped going to DD because of this, and unfortunately, it appears this place is heading in that direction too.

The Details: I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a jalapeno bagel. No jalapeno bagels available, but she offered an asiago bagel. Not what I wanted, but fine. I also ordered a hash brown, medium coffee extra, extra and a medium hot chia. What I got: a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel, no hash brown, and a coffee without sugar and very little cream. The hot chia was right on the money, so about 10% of the order was correct.
