Passive aggressive and rude. I go in every weekend and get my family breakfast treats and coffee. I order a sausage, egg, and cheese on bagel and nicely ask if they can cut it in half (because it is too big to handle). In the beginning it was never an issue, and then every time I would get into car it wasn’t cut. Just went today and asked if they could please cut it, and that they never cut it anymore even though they tell me they do. The Details: I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a jalapeno bagel. No jalapeno bagels available, but she offered an asiago bagel. Not what I wanted, but fine. I also ordered a hash brown, medium coffee extra, extra and a medium hot chia. What I got: a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel, no hash brown, and a coffee without sugar and very little cream. The hot chia was right on the money, so about 10% of the order was correct.
