Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Brooklyn

Chipotle is one of only a handful of takeout places that we use due to dietary restrictions. This new store is closer to our house then the one we had normally gone to. The management needs to do a better job of scheduling. I'm not sure if there weren't enough workers or what was going on but I ordered online and my order was supposed to be ready at 6:40. I arrived at 6:45 and waited until 7:00 before I ask somebody where my food was because they were obviously very very very busy. After I told them my name I waited 15 more minutes inside and still have no food. Finally went and got in my car and drove around through the pickup Lane which is not what I wanted to do because I wanted to fix my own drink. As I'm writing this it is now 7:18, almost 40 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready and I'm sitting in line behind three other cars. Do better. I won't be back to...

absolutely horrible experience. today 9/14/2025 workers extremely rude. out of everything, not refilling any trays or calling out things are empty. young blakc girl that served us is extremely rude and unpleasant to even be around. giving half portions when we paid for double. ask for extra anything and she refuses. offer to pay, she sarcastically gives the smallest portion she can go be a smart alec. brand new location we hoped to be good but is not. ill continue to drive 30mins to my prefered one in north olmstead even though i live 5 minutes from this horrible location. got home, food tastes reheated. she also put things in the bowls in whatever order she felt like so now we have to dig for toppings that are supposed to be on top. worst experience ever. management needs to step in before this place goes straight downhill worse than...

For being a newly opened store, the condition inside wasn’t up to part. No silverware or napkins, 2 different drinks from the pop fountain was “out of order”. Then 1 worker sitting possibly for break, manager outside, 2 people on cash register and only one line cook. With a line to the door the cashier clocks out and leaves, then manager comes in. Instead of going to help her line cook clear the store she goes to make sauce cups and leaves this poor girl all alone running the entire line for 45min, (that’s how long I was there).
