Not to mention how UNSANITARY the workers are and the attitudes are a force to be reckoned with! If you are unhappy with your job, find something you can relate to! Coffee is everything! Food is everything! You should be giving nothing but the best to the customers "who are the reason" you have a job! Here's a detailed list of what's going on at this location:
The workers are always putting there hands inside of the coffee cups before making the drink.
Employees are rubbing their nose, face, and even their clothes while making drinks.
Employees are gossiping to other coworkers and complaining about how they are getting irritated with customer concerns.
They're only concerned with the drive through customers (technically) so they will make walk-in customers wait long periods for their orders.
The manager has sometimes given an attitude and its sad because we are "regular" customers, so you should already know the rodeo!
Employees have come to work with unclean clothing. Lint, hair, you name it. And sometimes their shirts are wrinkled so that "tells me alot" right there!
I've seen employees walk right out of the bathroom knowing they didn't wash their hands because you didn't even hear the hand dryer running. And they also have their phone in their hand when leaving the bathroom!

When I got to the speaker you could tell that the person answering was mad or inconvenienced by my existence, answering only “go ahead” and when I gave my name and the fact it was an online pickup, she sighed and said pull up. When I got to the window she stared at me for 3 seconds before going “online order?” And I responded in the affirmative and gave my name again. She handed me my drinks but not my food, so I waited for my food and she smacked her lips and asked “is that it?” I said no, I am missing my food, she asked what food and I repeated my order. She gave me one of the 3 food items and acted like that was it. I still waited and then she gave me second and told me to have a good day and I told her I did not have my munchkins so I was waiting even longer and her patience although already thin seemed to be tearing as the attitude increased. She asked another employee to get the munchkins and the other employee did with that general stick in rectum attitude I’m finding to be a common thread at this location.
