My wife ordered pizza to go to pick it up on her way home from work one day a couple of weeks ago. Her bad that she did not check the pizzas before she got home. When she opened the pizza boxes one pizza was correct meat lovers. The other was not it should have been a taco it was a desert chocolate pizza. She call them and they said we could pick up the correct pizza in a while. My wife called me on my way home and I drove past our house to Brookshire to pick it up. We I got there I asked for the remade pizza and the person behind the counter said she was going to have to charge me as it was our mistake. I said absolutely not my wife order a taco we got a chocolate. This person said that she repeated the order over the phone and in person. Then she said she would not charge for the taco if we had brought the chocolate one back she claimed she also told my wife this. I said that I did not believe that because if we needed to return the wrong pizza I would have stopped at home and picked it up and returned it. I had to drive past my house to get to Brookshire. She said she did say that and would not give the pizza with out paying extra for it. I asked for a manager she said she was. I then asked for the owners info she said they only respond to emails if they are not in the restaurant. She said the daughter would be in the next day. My wife called the next day from work and was told that there was no one there to talk to and that she needed to email them. She emailed them but we have never received a reply. It’s to bad because we really liked their pizza but it’s also about customer service and they had none and we will not go back.
I am updating my older post.
On 9/22/2018 we ordered pizzas to be picked up on our way back from Round Top. We did not mention our previous problem. We just ordered 3 pizzas to pickup. They were the best pizzas we have had sense moving to Katy TX last year. They were fully loaded and tasted wonderful. See attached pictures. I would recommend them again as I feel they outdid...

I've heard it a thousand times, but now, for whatever reason, I finally pay attention to the lyrics. My brow furrows. I drop my half-eaten shingle. I slowly look up and say, out loud, "Mother of God, has this catchy and popular country/western song always been about the brutal, premeditated murder of an adulterous wife by her jealous husband in front of her own children whose body is then thrown into the bed of a diesel truck and driven to a waiting, empty grave?" The parlour is silent. All eyes laser beam to my lonely table under the speaker where I sit stunned and instantly exposed. "Yes," says Garth Brooks, who is now suddenly behind me eating a whole pepperoni log. (Then I thank him for finally taking all country/western songs to their logical conclusion.) When I regained consciousness, I was behind the wheel of my car. The moon was bright. How long had I been driving. How long...
Read moreEveryone is always so nice here, and the food is delicious. The salad bar is awesome, too. You can ask them to customize a pizza, change it to thin crust, or even cook it longer, if you like it like that. I figured out just how I like my pizza after tasting some of the random orders other people have asked for at the buffet and tweaking it some to different things that I also like. They really do let you ask for all kinds of stuff, and when you ask for these things, they are so nice, smile, and always have a good attitude about it. They let you know when the pizza you asked for is out, so you don't miss it. One day we were outside in the weather waiting for them to open; the owner saw us and offered us a seat inside while they were still setting up, even though it was not time to open. They are so nice, and the pizza is delicious. The way that I order my pizza makes it taste better than Domino's. And they are so very generous with keeping the prices so low for everybody. They're kindness and generosity...
