Starbucks — Restaurant in Brooksville

I would always recommend star bucks except for this location unfortunately there just was not a good understanding of some of the workers there when it comes to a customer asking for a recommendation for a ice coffee to any of the workers at this location. Their recommendation to me was a caramel iced coffee that I asked if they could add sweetener for me at the time of making it because I did not want to have a sour tasking coffee. Unfortunately they said they would but did not happen. They did not even at whip cream at the top of it. It clearly was not made the right way at all and made poorly. I asked if they could fix it for me but did not and instead told me to go to the trash can which is were the sweetener was located and do it myself, I noticed the garbage was overflowing and dirty dishes stacked everywhere, the fact they should not have liquid sweetener sitting at room temperature within 1 inch of over flowing garbage and dirty dishes should be a heath hazard. I asked all 3 workers why the sweetener was located at the trash and dirty dish station because I could not pick up the sweetener without rubbing up against dirty trash . The fact that I told them they did absolutely nothing about it and said they did not see it being a problem at all. I wonder if a restaurant code inspector was there if the same thing would had happened. I just can't recommend this location to anyone bc it was the worst service and worst coffee I have ever purchased anyweres let alone it being a Starbucks. They simply failed at the company's minimum standards. Due to all of these facts I just can't recommend this place until they have fixed all the problems. I will return in a few days to see if anything has changed for the positive and if so I will update my recommendations...

I love Starbs always have! I actually worked at Target in the Starbucks for 3 years so I know what I like. I enjoy all kinds of drinks and food items so I’m not particularly picky. I do think the customer service is always great unless you point out that your drink is incorrect. I’m normally the type to just drink it whether it was right or not but we are spending good $$ here so why not ask for how you want it. After all they have a sticker that states everything you customized or requested lol. Needless to say the earlier I get my coffee the better it is, at this location. If I go for a coffee in the evening and customize it, it’s never right. They are all nice but it’s just upsetting to not get cream when it’s requested or not the syrup you paid extra for. Hopefully they’ll get the hang of it soon. I don’t go daily but maybe twice a week! So who knows maybe I’m just drawing the short straw. Overall Starbucks has great coffee and a nice work atmosphere.

Added photo just to show that the cream wasn’t added again. I didn’t correct it as I ordered a mobile pick up and my husband brought it home. The one and only time I asked about syrup being added the worker said it was added but he can add another pump for me. I even asked the girl making drinks for a separate cup of creamer since she forgot to add it and it was on the sticker just like this one. It’s small things honestly, but I don’t like to drink something that doesn’t taste exactly how I wanted it to. But I won’t waste it or stop coming to Starbucks entirely. Thankful to have one closer to me but hoping soon it gets better...

I use the mobile app to order food and drinks. I went in today after I was notified that my order was ready. I stood at the counter at the end for 15 min without anyone acknowledging me. Normally when I am standing at the counter I will get asked right away what else I am missing.As I am waiting I watched as the girl making drinks sneezed in to her shirt. She never washed her hands . She grabbed a cup to fix another customers order that she made wrong due to not paying attention .She then kept putting a marker in and out of her mouth and using it to write on cups without washing her hands. I asked about my mobile order after standing for 15 min and the guy told me that I needed to ask where my food was. It was sitting in the drive thru window. I have never had to ask about my food when using the app. He then shoved my food into a bag. It was cold as well. they were dancing around not paying attention to the customer's. By all means have a good time but at least do your job at the same time. If I see the same people I will not...
