Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brooksville

I recently moved to this area this is sadly the only dunkin near by, this is absolutely undoubtedly the worst dunkin location I have ever been to. I have religiously gotten dunkin every morning for five years now, and that trend ends here. Coming to this dunkin the parking lot is an unorganized set up for disaster it’s like you want us to play bumper cars just to get in and out of the parking lot. The people that work here are rude and completely uninterested in their job. I could not care less how understaffed or busy you are at the end of the day there is only one way to run a business and treat a customer busy or not. The person at the window consistently is this man with no uniform in just some stained dirty white t shirt who looks like he hasn’t showered in days but takes his time to put on press on nails every morning which I’m pretty sure after running four restaurants my self is a health code violation. he is horribly rude and treats me like im an annoyance when I have a problem with my burnt coffee, my no tomato having hummus and tomato toast, my wet and soggy bagel minis, and my not seasoned bacon. I had to go in to get my issues resolved just to be greeted with more attitude from a so called manager and excuses that they’ve had a rough morning at 11am with no line and no one in the building. My coffee was still disgusting completely un drinkable I had to go next door to wawa to get real food and coffee I can actually drink, AMERICA...

I live right across the street from this one. Even though it would be more convenient for me to go here, I drive out of my way to the one near my work instead. I love DD iced lattes. Every time I get one here it looks and tastes like plain milk. They are using a small shot of espresso for their large drinks, which is wrong. The shots are supposed to be according to the size of the drink. I've confronted them several times and they simply tell me to buy an extra shot. My guess is that the owner is being cheap and instructed the staff to do this, usually that's the case.

Been giving this location another shot on and off again. They still do not know how to make their iced lattes. We went there a few days ago at 5 p. M. And they only had one type of donut left. You're a freaking donut place, how do you not have doughnuts several hours before closing? The drive-through lady didn't even seem to care, acted like it was a normal thing. Oh yeah and last weekend my wife picked up an Apple Fritter and some donuts. The apple fritter tasted like mold. I'm guessing they never changed the parchment paper in the baskets and it probably got mold. Either that or the apple...

Due to dietary restrictions I rarely go to fast food places any more. Due to circumstances the other day I was in a serious time crunch and forgotten to bring my usual snack & water to have in the car needed to take my heart medication. I had plenty of fast food places before me but all were too far from my diet restrictions or the options I thought might work were way too expensive for "my snack" . At a red light I saw Dunkin Donuts & remembered all the wonderful selections I love but cannot partake in any more. I pulled in line for a bottled water only. As I ordered I thought to simply ask the "voice" on the speaker for some advice. To my absolute delight, I received a compassionate and knowledgeable employee who offered me 3 different choices to fit my needs!! It was PERFECT!!! Sodium, carbo, & protein in a lovely snack sized wrap with turkey sausage, cheese & egg!!! The wake up wrap size was just perfect but also offered a larger size for lunch for another time! What an absolute wonderful surprise this was and the wrap was piping hot and very flavorful alongside an iced cold bottle water all for less than 5.00!!! Way to go...
