EDIT: Well its been well over a few months, but I am pleased to write a good review for this BK. The Managment was horrible and they could make a specialized order correct, but the over this past month that I have stopped by now and again, they have really stepped up there Customer Service and food expectations! I will update with the wonderful Gentlemen's name because he even offered my pup a piece of bacon. Overall I think they now deserve 4 stars v.s the one.
EDIT: 3 weeks later and still can't make fries fresh when asked by customer.
Every time I go to Burger King I request my fries be made fresh, Almost every time they hand me my bag immediately with cold stale fries. When I came back around the drives thru was too full so I went inside, The manager was a one working the register. When I told her as for my fries to be fresh and as for my sandwich to be remade will my fries are cooking. She didn't even look at me, snatched my bag from my hands and when the told the cooks to remake a new Jr Whopper, the cooked asked why and the managers response was "just don't ask". Finally when my food was done, hands me the bag "fries are fresh now" and walks away from the counter. Read moreUPDATE: went inside at 8:35 am for a refund she said she can’t do refunds because there is no manager to authorize it but they come in at 9am. But you can’t open a till without a manager. We opened the sandwiches in front of her to show they were not doubles yet she insisted the single sausage patty was the “double.” She tried to convince my husband to not get a refund but we said we needed one due to terrible service. She reiterated she can’t give a refund until 9 so I said “then we’ll wait and explain everything to the manager at 9” and she immediately said “i can give you a cash refund instead.” Clearly she knows what she did was wrong and didn’t want to get yelled at for overcharging and order inaccuracy by whatever manager was supposedly not present at the restaurant. Will not be coming back to this location.
8:15 am | I ordered 4 doubles for the 2 for $6 sandwich deal. The woman that was there charged us full price per sandwich instead of the deal and then had the audacity to give us singles for all 4 sandwiches! The total was $46.98 when it should have been $28! I waited about 20 minutes outside for someone to finally come tell me they didn't actually have any chicken fries left. I said ok, let me call my wife to see if the kids will be ok with nuggets (even though they cost less). 3. I go in to ask for a refund, told I can't do that because there was no manager. 4. Settle for chicken strips instead because I don't want to wait until the next day for a refund. 4. They give me the tenders and 3 chicken fries... wait for a minute, and then they ask if I need anything else. Yes, I ordered meals, I need 5 drinks, 2 shakes, 5 french fries. 5. I carry this out to my car by myself carrying a child and another following with me. 6. Go back in because I realize I had also ordered burger and spicy chickens. 7. Ask for it, wait another 5 minutes. 8. Finally get the food, get home, then realize they also forgot the onion rings. Completely and utterly awful and unacceptable.
