Pulled into the drive through and try to order some chicken strips but they were only serving breakfast, for one more minute. And instead of telling me that I could wait, they just told me that they're only serving breakfast. So I had to try to back out of the drive-thru and go somewhere else. After driving around looking for another place to eat, I ended up going back to good times because they were the only place open that had chicken strips, and that's what I really wanted to eat. stood in their lobby for 10 minutes before anybody came and even acknowledged I was there, even though I was the only customer at this moment. Once someone finally acknowledged that was there, they just opened the window and then walked away. so I decided to just go back to the drive-thru because that seemed to be all they were paying attention to, ordered my food got up to the window and mentioned, trying to be polite, that they should maybe have a way to know if someone's in the front lobby. Employee took my money, ignored my comment, didn't even offer me any sort of compensation for standing in the lobby for 10 minutes, and just told me it would be a few minutes before my food is ready. I usually never have a problem with this good times, but this morning was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant ever. I will not be coming back to Good times...
Read moreFood is great. I eat at the Broomfield location all the time...until today. Absolutely horrid customer service. Employees ignored me completely as I stood at the window until I thought the walk-up window was closed. When I finally got someone to open the window (her name is Denay), she told me in the rudest manner possible that the drive-thru was busy and those people take priority so they would get to me when they could and then slammed the window in my face. When I asked to speak with the manager, she told me she was the manager and slammed the window in my face again. I don't generally like calling corporate offices. It wasn't a big deal. I WOULD have just hopped in the drive-thru had Denay not been so extraordinarily rude. Instead, I took my money somewhere else which is what I'll be doing from now on. I'd rather deal with the manager at the actual location because corporate suits have no idea what working in the actual store is like. However, if this is the caliber of manager they're hiring at the Broomfield location, I won't spend another dime there or, frankly any Good Times store. Nor will my friends who were waiting on the food I was supposed to...
Read moreBy far my worst experience at good times!! I bright 9 of us and talked up the spoon benders to all of them! None of the others have ever been to good times! It was not a good time. This was the absolute worst service and spoon bender I have ever had. The worker was a complete jerk. My spoon bender was runny! Spoon bent should be nice and thick! We initially went through the drive through and then after receiving our "spoon benders" I went up to the window to ask them about my runny mess of a bender. All he said was "yeah sometimes" they are runny". I said oh I've never had a runny one. Rudely he said so you want me to make another one? I said sure. Then he slams his sliding door shut. He brings another runny one back and says see they are all that way. The new one was hardly an inch from the top of the cup. With nothing else to say to him I took my runny milkshake and left. Also, while waiting for them to make my mess of a shake, workers were not wearing gloves, wiping down food and making food! Totally disgusting! I will neve be back to the Broomfield good times!! I should have stuck to the one on...
