So I wrote a review on this bakery and i am now writing my second based on a cake I ordered for a Birthday party. The cake was awful!!! we ordered the strawberry cake but requested buttercream frosting instead of whipped cream. The buttercream was really bad, it was straight butter smeared on the cake. I will not be ordering cakes for events from here but I may go back for the cream buns....that is only if they become more consistent. The last time I had the cream bun was when I went to pick up the cake and the cream had way too much vanilla extract. So maybe this is an issue with different bakers.

(FIRST REVIEW)Loved it the first time I tried it. I got the strawberry vanilla cake and a custard bun, my sister got the raspberry mousse cake. The strawberry cake was amazing as was the custard bun but the raspberry cake was not great. The gelatin inside was very firm. The second time i went i got the strawberry cake again because i loved it, unfortunately it tasted of...

If you haven't stopped in to this little authentic Japanese bakery yet then I highly suggest making a point to come here.

From sweet (raspberry or strawberry, custard and more) or savory (chicken Alfredo, sausage and egg, etc) croissants, buns, cakes and many other options! When you stop in, be sure to sign up to pick up a Wednesday bento box lunch! I've been going to this bakery for years now and it's perfect for a quick snack, impromptu dessert, or your perfect cake. You should see what gets created just across the counter!

Personal favorites are the cookie buns, chicken alfredo buns, and occasionally a slice of jiggly cheesecake. (Monday is Bunday!) If you're lucky, grab an osechi box for New Year's!

And of course, a shout-out to the kindest and most talented bakery team in Colorado. One of the few times that I feel like I'm part of my local community is when I stop here. The food is amazing but the service is perfect....

I live down the street and visit here multiple times a week. This is hands down the coolest bakery I have ever been to, I am so lucky to live close to it. The staff is extremely nice, the selection is quite unique (in a good way), and they have great rewards programs (stamped cards) for regular customers. Everything you order from here will be an experience. You can't really go wrong.

One time I couldn't find my rewards card when paying so I came back like 15 minutes later after getting my eyebrows waxed and they stamped it for me 😃

My advice if you want to experience this place to the fullest, is show up like 10 minutes after opening and all of the croissants will be hot! My favorite is the almond one they apparently make it with almond paste and I was blown away by the taste I never expected an almond croissant to...

I can’t believe I just found out about this incredible bakery serving up croissants, authentic Japanese baked goods, and their own homemade creations! The staff is incredibly warm and eager to help you find something that I’m sure you’ll love. The prices are really reasonable (especially for the incredible quality)! The first thing I tried was the beef curry buns and… wow! They are incredible! They have a light crunchy (panko?) exterior with a fluffy but glutinous dough surrounding perfectly seasoned creamy curry ground beef. The whole thing melts in your mouth. I also had a yuzu mochi donut and a malasada filled with passionfruit curd. Both were also excellent! I am looking forward to going through the rest of their offerings soon. Pork belly buns might be next for me! Can’t recommend this place enough! See you there!
