Five Guys — Restaurant in Broomfield

I came in here to get a milkshake and waited five minutes before finally asking the manager if she could make my milkshake. She looked at me and said nothing, she walked over and snatched the ticket and started making my shake, while waiting at the red counter for my milkshake, she tossed it on the bar and walked back to the fries with out saying one word. She was extremely rude after I asked what her name was, and i told her you have the worst customer service and walked out of the store. She was screaming at the top of her lungs saying, "Have a great day, enjoy your shake", over and over while making a scene to the other customers. I come to this location alot and i have never seen her before. She looked mexican. But i will not be coming to this store anymore after receiving awful service. Five guys is great, but I think our meal here actually made us sick. We ate here on Saturday evening the Sunday I woke up nauseous and with a stomach ache, I never get stomach aches so it was out of the normal. I took a 4 hour nap and woke up feeling fine, I just assumed I was exhausted. Then, my husband informed me he wasn't feeling well either. We didn't make the connection until today when I ate the other half of my hamburger and a few hours later felt the same way again.

I loved the comment someone made about how they can't even melt the cheese. The cheese on our hamburgers wasn't melted either.

As an employee, I can say that out of three different restaurants, this is by far the cleanest. People also like their job, are nicer than in other restaurants, and care about customers and their orders far more than the other places I've worked at. As a consumer, I can say that the burgers are better than many I've tasted, the quality of the ingredients is held to a relatively high standard, and the large selection of choices is a fun add on. The fries really are /that/ good because Five Guys is almost obsessive about how the fries are made (which is a good thing... Trust me).
