I worked for Noodles & Company from May 2019 to June 2019. One of my worst work experiences EVER. The Minnetonka Ridgedale Noodles & Company General Manager Kenny Baymon chose to schedule me outside of my availability that was initially agreed upon during the job interview. The Noodles & Company Area Manager - Luke Boyd - who has worked for Noodles & Company 16 years(?!) said #quote "Open Your Ears," & "Maybe You Should Resign" when I requested to work at Multiple Noodles & Company restaurants which I had interest in working with or were interested in me working with them. Noodles & Company Human Resources "Shaelyn" refused to investigate nor reprimand disorderly mismanagement complaints. The listening for suggestions or handling of complaints within Noodles & Company is completely inconsistent with the high-end ideals & strong morals contained in the "Inspire Training" videos & the ServSafe Food Handling Certification I earned with the National Restaurant Association. There is not enough $5 forgiveness Noodles & Company coupons you can hand out as an employee or manager when other Noodles & Company kitchen staff fail to deliver fast & efficient food service to those in need of a quick meal. I only shudder to think what Noodles & Company Founder Aaron Kennedy & Current CEO Dave Boennighausen would think of the rubble that currently is this Noodles & Company. When employees & management are treated so poorly it is only going to reflect even worse on the restaurant brand that chooses to mistreat them. Finally the Noodle machine in which cooked the Noodles at the Minnetonka Ridgedale location failed to reach 212 degrees while I was employed there & the Noodles were consistently coming out undone & crunchy. If you like crunchy undone Noodles then yum yuck go for Noodles & Company, because upon addressing this issue to the General Manager Kenny Baymon, I was bullied into going home. On June 22, 2019 I was discharged from the Minnetonka Ridgedale Noodles & Company due to the "distraction" I was presenting by addressing what mismanagement & ethics violations which had & were occurring at the Noodles & Company during the length of my employment. Upon discharge - Noodles & Company committed wage theft & neglected to compensate me correctly for a whole week worth of work - in which Noodles & Company Executive VP Melissa Heidman claimed I was paid "correctly." Upon readdress - the missing compensation was added. A true embarrassment in the...
Read moreReceived an email to let me know about free delivery and points that were to expire at end of year. Placed online order at 6:51pm through app. Tried to use points for a free salad but when I chose the salad I had to give up the free delivery. Order was scheduled to be delivered at 7:23pm. Called at 7:35pm to find out where my order was. Was told it was done but waiting for a driver to pick it up. Told the person on phone I would just come and get it if they couldn’t tell me when a driver would be able to deliver my order. When arrived at the store I told the employee at window how extremely disappointed I was with their service. Employee told me they can’t help it they have to wait for a driver to arrive. Told him they should notify people of this when they are ordering. He told me the online app told people of this but I did not see it. Checked to see if food was still warm in bag. Went back home only to find out that the sauce for the potstickers was missing. Went back to store and waited in line behind another vehicle for 5 or more minutes. Called the store and asked the person who answered it they could bring the sauce out to me as my food was getting cold with all the delays I had experienced. Was asked to hold… when person returned to phone they said they cold not have employees walk outside store due to liability. Told person it was now 7:55pm and I still was not at home eating my food because someone forgot to put the sauce in with the potstickers. Asked to speak to a manager and was told the person I was talking with was a manager. Told her that I was extremely inconvenienced from the time I placed my order. I told her that I was not at all happy with the service that I received from start to finish. Told her that as a manager she did not display good customer skills at all. There was no apology for the service I received tonight. Asked if there was a manger above her that I could reach out to and she said no. Told her that her management skills were horrible and with that she hung up on me!!! Arrived back home by 8pm and had to warm my now cold food in the microwave to eat it. Checked my points status online and it withdrew 300 points twice and I hadn’t even ordered the side salad so I have no idea why it would have deducted points. So very disappointed in Noodles. Really like the food but the horrible service is enough to make me not want to return to the store and to let others...
Read moreWell when I went to one of the stores to eat I had ordered a salad. As I was eating i found a bug in my food. Gross. Told the lady about it and I thought she was going to take care of the food and remake it and then give me my money back and she said coupons. So she gave me the money back for the salad but wasn't even going to remake my food and I had to remind them for the coupons. My stepdaughter also had the big mac n cheese and it looked like the little one, since I said something they gave us a side mac n cheese for free. My husband also wanted to add the meal for a side and drink to his egg rolls and was told we cant and then the other lady came over and did it for us as the same guy gave us 6 cups and we only needed 3 cups. I called corporate 2 times before anyone called me back and when they did call me back I missed it and called again and still no one to this day has called me back. I also got an email from corporate asking for my address to send me coupons which I wrote back how did you get my email address and they never answered to that either and still havent heard from them to this day either. obviously they dont care about this customers or want...
