Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Brownsville

I really love Chick fil A. Usually great service and great food. Not the case at Sunrise mall last night. My son and I decided for a quick bite before a movie, so we order the usual, 2 #1 meals (sandwiches) with american swiss. The server charges us and then warns us they have no mayo or ketchup (my condiments of choice). I said really??? At Chick fil A??? So anyway, no time so let's do it, then we get our food and they forget to put cheese in one of the sandwiches. I return with my ticket and realize he only charged for cheese on one and not the other one. He proceeds to charge me some cents for the cheese after a line while my food is getting cold. And he had to consult something with the manager, etc...

Anyway, my point is I ate cold food without condiments and had to add a cold slice of cheese to my chicken sandwich. Not good at all. They really dropped the...

I went to chick fil a today, super excited to eat fries with mayo and ketchup. I asked for it through drive thru & when I arrived to the window I received my order WITHOUT KETCHUP IN MY BAG, when I informed these girls that I didn't have KETCHUP in my bag they said they had put in there I checked again to make sure & I as I said before, no ketchup!!! I told them again and they said we put it in there!
