If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable. They break and claim your games are unplayable or that your controllers have stick drift when they didn't have it before entering the store. Rolando has the worst customer service I've ever had in my 37 years of life. I know it's a tactic they use so they can buy things cheaper. But breaking my controller was the line in the sand for me. Was literally using my controller before I left to the Mall and was working perfectly fine no stick drift. Now I'm left with broken controllers for my switch. Would highly recommend doing business somewhere else...
