SKECHERS Warehouse Outlet — Local services in Brownsville

This store is NOT a place to shop. I have gone several times just because my daughter loves their shoes BUT I WILL NOT BE RETURNING I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!! Management team Mr. Adan Hernandez and Crystal Trejo were very rude and not helpful at all. They were just talking/flirting with one another ignoring me as a customer. Other female employees were just on their cell phones. Very unprofessional for that so called TEAM. Non of the employees did not care that I needed assistance in looking for a shoe size for my daughter. And it is very sad to admit that Skechers Brand is my daughters favorite shoes but that can be easily changed. Recommendation to District Manager Mr. Blayne Carver changes need to be made in that store starting with your so called...

We came this store and the cashier was not that helpful when we spent 400$ and he placed one our shoes at the back some reason I dont know he was affraid we would steal or he was not the control under that situation. We wanted to leave the box there because we would flu away and first he refused but when I told him he took from his previous buyer than he took my boxes but he forgot to scan my last shoes and I lost my 50% discount on that shoes and I did not take it. Contact with Managar Mary was useless contact to district manager was useless contact to call center was useless !!! Store number is 0533 congrats for the bad customer service !!! And sadly sketchers has zero customer service include the district manager who caould not respond...

WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE. When asked for assistance the girl seemed to be bothered (it was only a few minutes of opening the store) and just pointed in a direction. I couldn't locate the shoes I was looking for so I picked some just so that I could have for work. I finally found some but were out of reach. So I walked towards the same associate and she completely ignored me. I asked her again if she could assist me, when she finally went over she said "oh I can't" with attitude.
