The worst experience, I went to buy a birthday cake and the manager of the ice cream parlor is the rudest person I have seen in brownsville first I said to the employee and he above the employee answering me reluctantly, I open the refrigerator to be able to observe the product since the glass was fogged up and the man came out of nowhere to scold me as if I were his daughter and it had not even been 3 minutes since I had just come to buy a cake for 34.99 for my family, the employee was Very kind, he even apologized for the disgusting attitude of that manager, I will never visit that ice cream parlor again because of the cruel treatment of that man, I do not want to imagine how he treats his employees! Despite the embarrassment I felt, the employee apologized and treated me the right way! Today June 13 my last sponsorship for this ice cream shop. We live in difficult times and empathy is super important, what a pity that people like him do not...

Well, my day went from stress to full of disappointment. I never like to put bad stuff, but today is one of those days. I went in ready to eat my stress from work, so I went for the Gotta Love it size, cause why hell not? I understand that the person who attended me is a new trainee; however, the person who was in charge of her training should have paid more attention. So they did charge me for a gotta love it size, but instead, I received a love it size worth of ice cream. I got scoop of my ice cream and just saw the whole thing sink. and well, I went 😟. I went for another spoon of ice cream and it wasn't mixed right so I went ahead and mix it. I didn't take a picture of the after but realized I had gotten half the gotta love it size worth of ice cream. All to say is very sad and don't know if my feelings...

Great ice cream! I ordered a Peach Mango Sorbet in a waffle cone (best-tasting waffle cone I've had at a chain creamery) and it tasted just like the real thing!

[SIDE NOTE]:Just wanted to acknowledge the service a bit past 9PM on Dec. 27th. The line was out the door in the time for us to settle in line with only one employee present. Fortunately the young lady working the counter was prepared to serve the crowd of at least 15 people as best as she could while keeping a smile. After the 7 or so orders ahead of us were handled, the owner or manager (I'm assuming) appeared to help dispatch the awaiting customers.
