I usually give very generous reviews, but not this time. Don't be fooled by the modern/fancy interior design, they have far the 'WORST' customer service.

It was my first time there and ordered the matcha iced green tea, the big size. When the drink came out, it tasted just horrible. Note that I am a big fan of green tea(all kinds including pure teas, lattes, frapps, etc.) and have tasted more than hundreds before.

Also, my bf have never had any problem with drinks, but he was having allergic reaction in his throat and it was swelling after drinking the green tea. I asked the staff what they have put in the drink and the guy said soy milk. When I ordered the drink, the girl asked if I wanted skim milk or almond milk. Usually green tea doesn't go well with any almond/soy/coconut milk so I chose skim milk. I later figured out that they put soy milk instead of regular skim milk and that was why my bf was having a reaction.

So I asked the guy to change my drink to something else bc they apparently put the wrong milk that I didn't want, AND my bf was having allergic reaction. I gave him a Benadryl right after having the reaction. However, the guy was saying that he can only make the same drink, iced green tea, again but nothing else. I only asked for any simple small coffee that does not contain any milk, and he couldn't do that. I don't understand their mentality when I have explained that my bf was having a reaction and cannot drink the same thing.

They have to remember to write the right ingredients that they are putting in the drinks bc people have different kinds of allergies and it can be very dangerous. Isn't it a common sense letting customers know what menus/ingredients they have? Plus, they did not apologize even once, but only said that they cannot make a new drink for us (telling me to buy another one). I paid $7 bucks for that nasty green tea drink that's the size of the Starbucks venti cup. Eventually, I just gave up arguing with them and left the place bc I was so frustrated with their disrespectful customer service.

Never returning back bc I am so disgusted by their worst...

Like so many of my favorite places to eat, Juices is changing for the worse. They once served this delicious smashed Avacado Toast which was actual smashed Avacado with hummus and pesto topped with fresh mixed spring lettuce tomatoes and feta cheese. Although they have not changed the name of the dish, I was served a piece of toast with some sloppy laid big pieces of Romain lettuce with a few small slithers of Avocado, horrible presentation. I couldn’t remember if there was hummus and pesto which probably means they skimped on these ingredients too. When I told the girl at the front desk this is very different from what they used to serve, she said customers complained about the smashed Avocado, so the manager decided to make it differently yet kept the same name. I wished I had been told it was no longer smashed Avocado before purchasing it. I took one bite and realized this was not going to satisfy me which that one bite kept them from refunding me my money thus pushing me to order something more expensive which they had me pay the difference. I decided to treat myself to one of their plant base donuts and she allowed me to give her my card for payment since I had been up and down several times for basic things like salt which they were out of. After about 15 minutes I’m still waiting on both my card and the doughnut. I truly think she forgot about it, but she said she made it fresh and that that was what took so long but I not quite buying it. Last but not least, suddenly my stomach began cramping and upon getting in my car I had to run back in to use the restroom. I truly believe I had a small bout with food poisoning. Love going to JuiceUs! I’m so happy to have a place to not feel guilty and the food taste really good even the juices , especially right now it is great to have a place to purchase juices to help my body stay strong and full of vitamins. Not only that the staff are very hard working and great customer service. They offer delivery and online order ; support your local business. Here’s a run down of my favorite items.

Favorite coffee • matcha latte on ice with extra honey ( all organic and great boost of caffeine without the crash from regular coffee)

Favorite smoothie bowl • spiralina bowl with peanut butter ( very refreshing and taste like tropical heaven )

Favorite smoothie • green spi with vanilla protein ( so fulling and great source of added protein and natural )

Favorite breakfast item • hands down the egg mama with avocado trust me you want to try this!!

Favorite salad • Tex mex salad ( it contains chicken which great Source of protein and lil side of tortilla chips )

Favorite soup • hands down the pozole ( very surprised has well love the spicyness and is so good! )

Favorite lunch item • smash toast the sandwich option with extra feta cheese • and newest item veggie burger with cheese and avocado and a side of sweet potato fries ( very surprised with how delicious both are a must try! )

Favorite juice • R4 ( taste like orange juice! ) • about last night ( taste like lemonade and is so refreshing especially over ice )

Favorite treat • zucchini donut ( don’t let the name fool you it’s very delicious and has cinnamon on...
