Wing Barn Pablo Kisel — Restaurant in Brownsville

Super disappointed with my experience at Wing Barn on Pablo Kisel!

I ordered in person for carry out, and the gentleman who took my order said he would call me when the order was ready since I would be waiting in my car. I waited and waited until finally I decided to get down to check on my order. I walked in, and four people were standing by the register talking. The guy who took my order said “Your order just came out” since it was sitting at the shelf already. I took my bag and noticed there was a plate missing. They had forgotten the wing meal. Went back in to tell them my order was missing a plate. Another guy went to the kitchen to grab my missing order. When he got back, I checked that my meal was not correct because they had not given me the tater tots I had paid for. He had to go back and get some for me which took about 3 minutes to cook. At this point, I was already annoyed because half my order was getting cold. I finally got home to eat, and the fried pickles were terrible! They were so dry and stiff. No point in trying to eat them! I also noticed that one of the other plates was missing the sweet potato fries.

I hate to say this, but I will not be going to Wing Barn ever again.

Update* Scrolled threw the reviews and noticed that this Wing Barn only responds to positive reviews and does not take accountability for the bad...

Worst service I've ever had. I came in with my family because we heard good things about the place and oh boy did we hear wrong. For one thing my mom and brother ordered something and got their orders out early and as for mine it kept on taking very long. I ordered the same thing as my mom in addition to fried oreos and when my meal came out(not the fried oreos) it was just some barely breaded chicken with a small container of lemon pepper. My mom's had the lemon pepper already on it but mine, no way. During the wait for my food other people that ordered after kept on getting their orders in before mine. No idea what happened there but it was awful. I asked about my fried oreos which I really wanted you eat and they kept giving us the run around. I heard them say fried oreos were ready for other people and mine nope. Nothing at all. It was not until I asked for the refund for my fried oreos were they suddenly ready. I still got my refund anyway because the wait was horrendous and other people got theirs first. I hope others see this review and know what they are in for when/if they decide to go to Wing Barn. It was the first time I went in and the very last. Was not worth the money at all.

Edit: the guy that took our order was initially kind but when I got the refund he handed me the money very rudely. Just awful...

I have been to the wing barn in Olmito and so I thought this location would be good too. First the place was very smoky. When we got there it was like 8:40 pm and shortly after my husband received his food. He wanted to wait for at least my 3 year old to get his food before eating but the food took forever.

It was 9:30 and we still had not received our food. I saw another table get their food first even though we had gotten there way before they did. After we finally got our food maybe around 9:45 when I had to speak to the manager. We asked if they could remake my husbands burgers because it got cold. The servers and the manager were nice enough to accommodate. However when we got our burger back it was made wrong. And the buns were burned. They gave us the $4 back for the additional patty that we had originally asked for since my husband just wanted to it. However he did not like the burger so left it.

This morning I threw up violently and have been so sick. And I know its from this place because I had not eaten since the morning and I had been perfectly fine all day. Then during the day my husband threw up as well. Needless to say that is a lawsuit waiting to happen for food poisoning. We will definitely never go back to Wing Barn at least the one at this location. Way to expensive to be getting...
