They have the worst, disrespectful, rude, cowardly employees at this location. I placed an order online, and it declines the card on the payment section. They did, however, process the payment and took it out of my card. I have the payment deduction showing on my bank. I tried calling the store but like always it just rang and rang and went to the answer machine. This exact situation happened once before and they were very nice and friendly and were very helpful taking care of my order. Today however the crew were acting as if they were taking out their anger on their customers. My husband went in to talk to them about our order and they 1. Ignore him completely. When they finally get to him 2.accuse him of lying .. he showed him the order on line and my proof of payment. I then talked to her, we agree she'll make the order once we show her the prove. My husband walks back in there to wait for the order and she goes to sit in the back and never comes back out. We waited 20 minutes and nothing. While I'm waiting outside in the car a gentleman comes out to I talk to him about, when he talks to my husband he is the same. No help. We just wanted the order we paid for. This could've gone way different if they would've just shown a better customer service. The unwillingness to care about their customers and the audacity to discrimate my husband because he wasn't dressed up is just unacceptable. We came to this location at least 4 times this week. We were excited to have found some good fresh good but I will never step into this location again.

I asked the kid "excuse me but why isn't my order ready" 3x and he ignored me as if no one was there. I asked for the manager and the nice young girl called him. I asked why him is the order not ready. He indicated "we ask that you call us when you arrive so we can make it and it will be hot for you" (funny not everything is hot on the menu) He said I can give you a free smoothie, I did not need that. I requested a refund and he said "no, you can do that on the app." Sure it was one item and I left a tip. Once I got home I tried, but wasn't possible. I had asked for his name "David" and for a last name and he got pissed and raised his voice. "That's personal info I'm not giving you that!" I told him he didn't need to be rude or raise his voice. Before I left I asked "are you sure I can get the refund on the app and he said Yes". There was no answer on the phone # on receipt, so I complained online but don't believe it will matter. I placed my order at the drive through & headed to the window. We waited at the window for about 15 min. During that time, not a single employee reached out to us. I was even thinking about honking or leaving. Finally someone comes with my order & to charge us. I check my order & I see that I didn’t receive the kale & apple slaw and let the employee know. He goes back to the kitchen, returns, and says that they didn’t have any more slaw.
