The owner Juanny has an attitude problem. I had my bf on the phone ordering a chicken grape salad for me. When I received it, it was the wrong chicken salad. I called explaining that it was the wrong one and if I could receive the correct one, well she starts to give me attitude saying that they don’t have that grape salad and my bf didn’t order the grape chicken salad (when I was on the phone with him, I heard the entire conversation), so I asked if I could get a refund. I go personally to receive my refund and she tells me the same thing with attitude while handing me me my refund. There was no need for lying and giving me, the customer, attitude. Completely uncalled for. She’s very lucky I’m not some crazy person and went off on her because someone would have been if she was trying to feed them that lie...

I’ve been buying their cakes for a while now but I have noticed they’re not as good as before. I went last weekend for a Milky Way cake and the lady was rude. I went today again to get a fresa flan cake and they only had the small ones. The lady rudely told me you have to order it now. I still got the small one because it’s my husbands favorite. It didn’t have cherries and she rudely asked do you want pecans and you want me to write something? She misspelled my husbands name 🙄 I came home and had to fix the name and I also added cherries it looks pretty now. Hope it tastes good!! I had a bridal shower party there for a family member. I ordered their largest package of desserts that you pay for a certain quantity and they're not cheap. I counted the number and was cut short by 15, and know it was done on purpose because I saw the owner place them and literally leave those 15 on her cart as she walked away to sell separately, thus make more of a profit. Also, they kept the leftovers I paid for to sell for their lunch plates, also to make a bigger profit. Also, when I went to pay for the rest if balance, she changed the quote charging individually, not by group nunber and argued that I misunderstood. I paid 600 more than what sye said.
