Panda Express — Restaurant in Brownsville

Never going back here, disgusting. I went through drive-through and ordered two plates and had one coupon for a free second plate. So I used it and they only took a dollar off that I agreed to donate. I was too hungry to argue so I paid for the second plate. Then my chow mein tasted like fish 🤢🤮. I don’t think this place serves fish. While leaving the drive thru there was a lot of cars coming in really fast and it was very hard to get out unless I went the other way but there was already cars behind me so I couldn’t back up. Since the drive thru exit is literally next to the entrance of the plaza i wouldn’t be surprised if an accident happens there. Who ever designed that must of been an idiot because the corner is too close and line for the light is too long to get out. I would have to take a left and do a turn around to come back to the light. The only good thing about this place is the metro sexual guy at the window that tended me was nice very nice and had good customer service but that’s about it. I’ll pass...

Dropped by Panda Express with my Sister today after picking her up from Driving School! Of the two Panda Express' I'd driven to this one thanks to its convenient location and was greeted by Kris while picking up my Order! His friendly attitude and Amazing Customer Service shined like no other and it really made me feel great and welcome! Brittany(sorry if I misspelled your name 😭) had helped organize our food and it looked perfect and was well very presented! Had my car smellin' Amazing the whole drive home! Overall, an Amazing Experience, so I know Exactly where to go next time I'm feelin' Hungry for Chinese Food!...

Where to begin.... Stood in line, only me and the wife and still took 5 min for them to attend to us. One guy on dinee in a 3 on drive thru, for 2 cars! Then they serve us and he has to go back and forth to the drive thru register. By the time we paid and got to our table the food was lukewarm at best. And the portions were so damn small you'd think he had a huge line and was a afraid of running out of food, but after we sat down nobody came in for dine in and only one other car came through the drive thru. I'll stick to panda in harlingen can't go...
