Cool Beans Drive Thru — Restaurant in Brunswick

I was excited to get coffee at the Cool Beans Drive Thru as I had such a great experience at the Cool Beans location in Medina. I appreciated that at the Cool Beans Drive Thru there is a walk up window and I thought that the barista working was friendly and made my drink in a timely manner. My only suggestion was going to be to put a menu or the link to a QR code at the window instead of spending the time trying to access the menu online- that is until I got my drink. My drink was terrible!! It tasted like steamed milk and I couldn't taste the coffee or the caramel. Ordered a caramel macchiato, tried to drink it, and ultimately went to a different coffee shop because the drink I ordered did not taste right or for that matter taste good. With the proximity of this Cool Beans Drive Thru to the coming soon Market 42, I was excited about this new location, but sadly for me this was a one and done. The only reason for the two stars is location and the service I recieved. The stars for the drink would be a zero had that been an option. There are a lot of mixed reviews for this location and for me personally I should have read the negative drink reviews more carefully. Sadly for Cool Beans Cafe this was a missed opportunity for a would have been potential...

I’ve always loved the Medina location. I used to stop for toasted marshmallow lattes after school, and I’ll never forget how Laura supported my high school business program. She sponsored us, let us use her coffee machines, and even gave us cooler space on busy weekends. Her generosity with time, money, and resources made a huge impact.

I’ve visited the Brunswick location twice through Too Good To Go recently. Variety can be a surprise with the app, but both visits were excellent. The first time I received four different soups, and the mushroom and Brie was especially amazing. The staff even included crackers and spoons. The second time was just as good, with more variety and the same friendly service. I’m so glad to have another location...

Oh, Cool Beans. This place should come with a “Highly Addictive” warning label. I casually stopped in one morning for a coffee and now you’re are in my hand at least 3-4 times a week. My husband thinks I may be addicted after finding out I’m a regular here. (A big thanks to the barista who spilled the beans. 😅 ) Luckily, I don't care because the heart wants what the heart wants. It’s possible an intervention is in the works. Thankfully the coffee is strong because my will to stop coming here is even weaker. 10/10 will spiral again. Thanks to the amazing wonderful baristas always taking care of me at the Brunswick location. You all truly make my morning! (Seriously though, the best part of waking up is cool beans in my cup!! ..*I know...
