Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brunswick

So we go to Dunkin every Saturday as a family mostly out of tradition from when my son was really having a hard time eating anything else and that was one of the few things he would eat. Lately as we all know they have been swamped in that drive through which kudos to them for having a thriving business. So with that going on we have taken to ordering our food through the app and walking in to pick it up. The past few months we are always missing items and I have to stand there and wait usually assuming they are fulfilling the order but they never are there is usually a group of teenage girls just socializing behind the counter so I end up having to go to the register and tell them what I am missing. Normally I wouldn't even bother writing a review because it's technically a fast food chain and what can you really do about that but today took the cake. I ordered my food online and my son and I hopped in the car and went to go pick it up. I went in and not even 50% of my order was sitting on the counter. So I waited because they were busy both inside and out. After 20 minutes of waiting and another woman waiting beside me I finally just hopped in line but as soon as I hop in line a worker comes up to the pickup counter and asks myself and the other woman what we were waiting on. So we told her a few minutes later she shoves the other woman's drink at her and throws my food across the counter. I was nice and just said thank you but the other woman that had been waiting clearly had an issue with the workers inappropriate behavior which understandable it was entirely inappropriate and it wasn't like we were just chillin in the middle of the lobby standing there taking up space for no reason, we had already paid for our order. I understand that it was busy and the young lady that was working was probably already frustrated at the day but this is nothing new for this venue and you should still conduct yourself accordingly. And to top all of that they still got my coffee order wrong and now I am stuck with a plain coffee with cream even though I ordered and paid for the french vanilla swirl and sweetner in my coffee. I think I will make the extra drive to any of the surrounding cities dunkin donuts at this point maybe until Brunswick has better employees or trains their...

Last night my kids and I was treated rude and disrespectful by a girl name Katie my kids went through the drive thru and my daughters coffee was made wrong mind you this was at like 7 so there was no cars when they tried to go back around to have them remake they ignored them for about 5 minutes then when she finally came to the window she didn’t want to remake so my kids just left I went up there to speak with a supervisor or manager and was told there wasn’t none The girl instantly said I told my manager and the cops are on the way I said ok I don’t care you can’t treat people like that all you had to do was remake the coffee at this time the girl real nasty and left to the back the other girl apologize and said I didn’t make the coffee but she would remake I said that is all the other girl Katie had to do but chose not to As soon as I got in my car the police showed up and he was very respectful and nice I explained what happened then when he went inside they give him some crazy story that she felt threatened which is so funny cause how many people come back inside to tell them their order or coffee is messed up a lot so this is not the first And as for the manager she definitely shouldn’t be managing how are you going to without being there tell the cops you want a no trespass order issued for me and my kids This is truly the most...

Went thru the drive thru this very morning, asked for 2 small ICED vanilla coffees 2 cream 2 sugar....10 donut holes 5 chocolate, 5 blueberry. The girl who took the order was rude, did not repeat my order back to me, did not give me a total before I got to the window. Once I got to the window, she jerked my debit card out of my hand, went to hand me 2 small HOT coffee, (wrong) I said I ordered Iced, she got an attitude, made 2 iced coffees very aggressively. Basically shoved them into my hands out the window. Once I arrived to work the donut holes were wrong. not the flavors I asked for at all. This place has gone down hill so badly. I get terrible service all the time. But this was the worst of all. Terrible customer service, poor manners, bad attitude. No wonder everyone goes to starbucks, their employees are friendly, they repeat your order to you to make sure its correct. Brunswick Dunkin needs better staff.
