We came to this location around 7 pm for three reasons. We flew in from out of state to see family, watch the cavs game and dine and one of our regular hangouts. Now I get, we had a party of 11 and I also get it was a cavs playoff game. HOWEVER, I don't get the rude young hostess attitude and the immediate vibe you get of "indefinite" wait time and maybe 1-2 hour wait time. The tactic to give the impression to want to make people not wait along with the attitude was not the customer service I remembered. The manager was even more rude. They said there were 10 people ahead of us and saw like 4 plus open tables. She first said they had to clean tables but they were already clean. She said didn't want to overwhelm the cooks. They were starting to call names. Seemed to be seating people quicker than they were leading is to believe. We called another restaurant and took our business there which was a good ticket for them. Now we got to lizard at around 7:10 pm and my husband got a text from lizard that table was ready at 7:56pm. Was not even 1 hour. My point is the push away and rude behavior was not necessary. They are in the business to see how this works and can see how people were leaving. They were pushing people away rudely and it was obvious. These games are what you prepare for. This is your money night. I was very disappointed and your girls at the counter and manager should not be working there and be the first people you see walking in because they are the reason you will walk out without...

I called in a to-go order and the lady that took my order was very kind and when I arrived at the restaurant the two ladies behind the front counter were very nice and there was a customer there that heard what I ordered and said that it was very good…I ordered the chili….when I did get the chili and got back to my office, it was in a plastic container which was fine but it felt like it was heated up in the plastic container and then when I started to eat the chili there was no beans very little meat and it tasted like marinara sauce…it also had a funny aftertaste to it and I thought that maybe something got mixed up or it was older or maybe it wasn’t even chili and I had a feeling that I should stop eating it but I was so hungry that I ate it which was a mistake because within the hour and into the evening and then the next day I felt the ramifications of my decision to eat what I believed to be chili… I would definitely try this place again but would order something that requires it to be cooked when it’s ordered instead of something that was reheated or miss labeled or had been sitting...
