Staff is nice but the infrastructure is old and outdated. The kids pool is broken for yrs. The outdoor snack stand never open, mold on shower heads, no changing table. Terrible for kids. Gym equipment old and out of date. Everything is stuck on 1990's and hasn't been updated since. No splash pad, pool deck dirty. Towel warmer broke. Everything is broken. Focused on old clientele that don't care about quality. Every other city rec center is nicer.

Always have a scam 50% off sale for the last 20yrs. If they had the revenue to fix the place maybe more people and families would come and enjoy the place. It's honestly an embarrassment. Hopefully they modernize or get funding from the city to DO BETTER.

Have management go to the Medina or Strongsville Rec with a full kids water ship, water lily pads, multiple pools, steam room, sauna, new equipment. Clean. Again do better for...

I’ve been going here for over a year now, and I gotta say, the swim schedule has been driving me crazy.

Every evening they let Swim United take over the pool until they close. This is a prime time spot that makes it very difficult for a working adult to get their laps in.

I switched to swimming in the morning because of this, waking up extra early to do so. Then one day randomly the whole swim team shows up and I can’t do my workout. No text and it wasn’t in the schedule.

The problem with this facility is that the needs of the community have far outgrown what they have. They need more funding, new equipment in the weight room, and a second pool dedicated just to...

To those who want to use the dance room. they rent it out to Tri-C and you can't use it. we show up and can't use it. ridiculous. Why not post that its occupied? How hard is it to communicate to your customers? Feels like management is trying to hide something.

Pool: its almost end of June and kiddie pool is still not open! whats the problem here? Employees don't have an answer when you ask. Cant management keep people informed especially those that work there? Horrible.
