My picky eaters love little Caesar's Italian cheesy bread. Unfortunately the last two times we got it it was barely cooked and still doughy. The first time it was like straight raw dough with some cheese thrown on top. I let it go because my kids had eaten half of it before I realized and felt like it was too late. This last time I cautiously took a look at it before serving it to my kids and again super doughy. It wasn't even holding together it was so doughy in the middle. This time I called to complain and was not at all happy with how I was treated. Manager tells me to hold on. Comes back and says "these kids say they know they cooked it perfectly so your going to have to bring it in so you can prove it." Seriously? I had no problem doing that but the way he spoke to me was not appropriate of someone in a management position. I had my husband take our food back up there. The manager took one look at it and agreed it was not properly cooked and handed our money right back. Then told my husband next time we order to specifically ask for him and he will personally make it. Nice gesture but if you have to personally make the food yourself you might need to reevaluate your employees. Will not be returning. Will be ordering our cheesy bread from Papa John's from now on. With coupons the price is less than a dollar more and the service is 100...
Read moreI placed an order at 5:34 p.m. and received a confirmation stating that the latest the order would be ready was 6:03 and that I would receive an email when it was finished. We showed up around 6:10 to sit and wait in the lobby for our further confirmation email. We received one at 6:17 only to continue waiting till 6:33 for an employee to tell us, “Oh yeah, we messed it up and started over; it’s being cut.” Our name was taken twice during that time while they took and delivered food to walk-ins. They said they had trainees on with over 100 orders in 2 hours. It seems management is not scheduling enough trained employees to keep the business running while the newbies are being taught. There’s no excuse that walk-in orders were being started, finished, and delivered, all while online orders sit in the lobby waiting 30 minutes past when their order was initially estimated to be ready. It is perfectly okay to have trainees, and yes, they make mistakes, but a good business practice in that situation is to tell the customer they need to restart. On the bright side, the remade food was great! This business needs to work on balancing a mess-up with communication and...
Read moreOriginally I gave this place five stars. If you can get there during a slow time you will love it. DO NOT GO WHEN THEY ARE BUSY....... LONG waits on hold. Long waits in line. They do not even take walk ins in order. If you call and ask how long it will take for an order to be ready (when they are busy) they will respond with "What do you want to order". He will repeat the order back to you incorrectly numerous times. And the order is always wrong. Last week I let him know my order was wrong when he showed it to me. He loudly and firmly told me that was what I ordered. Reluctantly I bought it. When I got home the order on the invoice was correct but the items on the pizza were wrong. I believe a couple pizzas where placed in the wrong box. I tried again today. The same guy answered. Put me on hold for several minutes. And kept repeating my order back to me incorrectly. When he finally got it correct he told me that I would have to wait until Tuesday if I would like sausage on my pizza. I believe if you go when they are not busy you will give them five stars. Busy...
