I'm normally not one to leave a bad review. We tried this place twice within a week and had a bad experience both times. The first experience food was cold and overcooked, bland and tasteless. Second visit we ordered the vegetable chow mein. Every other Chinese or Asian restaurant we have ever ordered chow mein from is made with lo mein noodles. Wild Fusion do not make theirs this way. They make theirs with fried crunchy noodles. We asked for a refund and was told we could bring the food back for a refund. The cashier order taker was very nice and friendly about it. When arriving we were approached by I'm guessing the owner or management. She was very angry with us and yelling at us saying this is chow mein. Very disrespectful to us and not wanting to discuss anything in rational matter. We don't appreciate being treated that way. Misunderstandings happen but customers should never be treated with disrespect. They have lost customers for life over this. Be aware when ordering their "chow mein". It's not a normal chow mein and they don't seem to...
Read moreWe've been coming here for a couple years now and the food is consistently good. But the #1 reason I wanted to write a review is because a young man works here, not sure if he's in high school or college, but EVERY time you give a tip, he looks you right in the eye and says "Thank you for the tip". This might seem like a small gesture but it's incredibly professional, shows confidence and pride in the work, and tells me this kid was raised right. I am sure he is going places and hope he runs a business of his own one day. I've found consistently good service is harder to come by than consistently good food, and will always be appreciative of the effort and initiative behind...
Read moreI had a rather difficult order as I am a little picky, I tried to describe my order and the girl got so frustrated over the phone that she began yelling at me. I went into the restaurant and asked to talk to someone, the girl asked me what I wanted and I calmly brought the situation to her attention, she didn’t say anything and when I asked if she cared, she said no. No one else came to speak with me. I made it a point not to be rude. This place has decent food, but after a long day at work, being at screamed over the phone, then being told they didn't care was very disheartening, I’m sure they won’t miss one customer, but at...
