Hollaway's Bakery — Restaurant in Brunswick

We recently ordered a cake to celebrate Graduation night. After searching for bakeries in our location (an hour from Brunswick) we decided to choose this establishment based on its reviews and further research. I must say that our decision was the BEST one ever! Their customer service was on point. I never had to wait long for a reply via FB and they were very friendly and accommodating. Have been trying to call them for over a month now to schedule having several cupcakes and a cake for a wedding in August. These people will not answer the phone at all. I have tried several times throughout each day at various times of the day when they are open. They have several current posts on Facebook, which I would assume they’re still open making cakes, etc. We are choosing to purchase our wedding event to another company who answered the phone to schedule us coming in and choosing what we want and was very friendly at the other business. We have been using this bakery for over a decade for birthdays. And sometimes we stop in to buy a cake or cupcakes simply because they are THE BEST, most heavenly cakes we have ever had. I can't think of anyone that doesn't love their cupcakes and the variety is incredible. THE Best buttercream frosting and the cakes are so moist I don't know how they do it. Wonderful customer service, they always try to decorate to even the goofiest of requests and the prices are very reasonable.
