Culver’s — Restaurant in Brunswick

This location is probably the worst out of all the local Culver’s. First experience here I ordered CurdSide for only custard, got there at the time it said it would be ready, notified that “I have arrived”, waited 30 minutes and watched people in Curdside get their food and custard, and the drive-thru all got their orders before mine. So I pull into the drive-thru and ask if I can receive my order because I’ve been waiting. The girl said no, wait at curdside and someone will be right there. No one came another 15 minutes later. Finally took my baby and myself inside, which a nice gentleman greeted us and I explained the issue, he apologized and went to get our custard from the counter-freezer where they keep already made custard orders, the supervisor says “oh” LOL. Second experience I went into drive-thru, only ordered custard, I go to pay and the young man drops my change, cool here’s some more change thankfully I had extra, then hands me our custard without the toppings I ordered, so I said “there’s supposed to be toppings” he says “are you sure?” 😂 Like you can’t make this stuff up. I literally PAID for custard and toppings, maybe check the order is completed before you give it to a customer? I don’t know what the issue is, if it’s lack of training, or they simply don’t pay attention. But I would rather drive the 15-20 minutes to Strongsville or the Medina location from...

Good was disgusting, I threw the entire order in the garbage, I wouldn't feed it to an animal!!! Called corp after speaking to the mgr at the restaurant, Michael Green the owner was supposed to call me back after leaving the concern wth the lady at corp, he NEVER did!! The lg Milk shake was the size of a small one at DQ, MASH potatoes was nasty wth chicken gravy , must remember the real kicker, ordered Roast Beef sandwich wth side order of gravy, have NEVER put poultry gravy on beef meat, if I'd ordered chicken yes but beef NO I should have known better than to go a second time cuz the 1st time wth cheese curds ate 3 rest in garbage, NEVER again, they start doing some real training they may stay open if not they'll be closing for sure!!! Been to Culver's two times alone and once with a friend. The first time I got a chicken sandwich (only bun, lettuce and fried chicken(no extra toppings came on it normally)) and a chocolate concrete mixer. The sandwich was dry, bland, soggy and sauceless which is the biggest crime. The concrete mixer was decent and gave it a 7/10. Would only go back for that. So I did the second time and only got that. The third time I went with a friend and tried the butter burger, fries and concrete mixer(we got the same thing). We both agreed it was sad, salty, gross and a pathetic excuse for a burger.
