Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bryan

They messed my order up on Friday. , I called stating I got the wrong food, and the manager on duty said my order would be replaced just give my name and she would write it down. No big deal. I show up today to retrieve my order and add onto it and I was told my name was not taken so that I would have to come back later to talk to someone. Absolutely not. Not my problem you have incompetent employees who can’t do a simple task. I spent my hard earned money on food I wanted and did not receive a single bit of it and I would like the order I have already spent money on. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location and they seem to not care. I understand it was a busy Friday but if you can’t handle a simple task of making sure people get their correct orders than maybe something that you actually can do. I made a mobile order on May 2nd for a meal for 4 and a meal for 2. Taco Bell forgot a few items, I called and talk to the manager. I asked if they can just remake the order since my food will be cold by the time I get there and come back. The manager said she can only give me the items that was missing so I said okay. I drove over there and waited at the front counter for about 5 minutes with the employees just looking at me. Finally somebody came over and they gave me my missing items. Not the greatest customer service, also when one of the employees was making my food they just had my burritos sitting on the food line without a wrapper which I think that is a little unsanitary.I came back and my food was cold after returning from their. Also the quesadillas was not even cut the crunchwrap had very little meat in it the tacos had very little lettuce in it. Overall a very poor experience...

Went through the drive through so can’t attest to much besides speed, window worker, and food. Usually have no problems, but whoever was putting together the food on this evening did a terrible job. Soft taco was normal. When I went to eat my Crunchwrap there was next to no filling. Very little meat, no noticeable cheese and sour cream, barely any tomatoes or lettuce. For the $10 the meal cost to basically get a tostado shell wrapped in a tortilla I was extremely disappointed and would like my money back but am not holding my breath. Visit was at 12/12/24 at 8:12 p.m. Friendly drive through worker though. 4 stars for service are for the drive through guy that was polite and asked my wife how her day was.
