Always a good time. The owners are great people building a community around their passion-driven business. I can't say enough good things about their mead; millennia of tradition with a forward looking twist of experimentation, backed by a demand for the highest quality. And 95-100% local or at the very least Texan agricultural products for ingredients. They're currently (April '25) in the process of expanding production, and the bar is due for a renovation after just three years in business, big plans.

I have tried mead in several places, mostly in Europe, and I can say with confidence that the various products offered here are excellent, imaginatively flavored and quite unique. The meadery just went through a massive renovation opening up the previously tight, cozy space into a well designed cozy space. Now featuring an L shaped bar, plenty of seating, amazing local meads made by staff. Tim, Cam, and Buddah 100% make this little hole in the wall feel like it's the only choice to call home and be with friends and family.
