Since I arrived here in Bryan,tx. I've made it an issue to make this McDonald's my makeshift office, so to speak. The food is prepared with love and the patrons are customer's that remind me of back home. The atmosphere is no less.I really enjoy listening to the music and they play while I wait on my order or indulge in it's flavor.wait times have been less than 5 minutes in each occasion and I've eaten here very regularly.this establishment is kept very clean including the restrooms, outside patio and parking lot.the employees are very polite and approchable. I've asked for help on earning points and on how to play monopoly on the McDonald's app and was met with a generous smile and a willing effort to explain and guide me through it.prices are very reasonable whether it's breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner or if you have the munchies late at night, that too, being that it is 24 hours.this McDonald's is different than any other I've been too.reason being it has a event area that seats 12+ ppl apart from the already spacious interior that boasts a variety of seating arrangements that fit to your liking.there is a drive- thru with two separate delivery windows to keep the business flowing.this is a non-smoking and vaping facility, which also includes the outside patio that has another 7 tables with plenty of room apart to give each party their dining privacy.this establishment is wheelchair accessible with handicap parking and is located just along the outer perimeter of the Tejas center, which is a make-up of a small shopping center, so it fits perfectly not to mention sul ross park right next door in case you decide to take your order to go and have a small picnic instead.it does contain your usual such as 4 digital ordering machines with 2 soda dispensaries and your t.v like other McDonald's. The noise level is minimal, conversations can be heard but you can still focus and get your work done.there is plenty of parking with wifi and outlets for connecting your phone or tablet. To be honest I have no particular items from the food menu that I enjoy cause it all is just so flavor full, but if I had to choose I'd pick breakfast cause it sets my day.so if you happen to pass through Bryan, TX, for visit or do some touring. I recommend stopping by and enjoy the feel, just as I have and continue doing so.. I'd like to give a special shout out to all the good ppl I've encountered here, you know who you are as well as Amanda and Christopher for all y'all's help and not to mention Dillion for greeting, feeding and welcoming every customer but most importantly I want to thank the young lady Ms.Alejandra for demonstrating empathy, great example once again of what the town of Bryan is...
Read moreI want to start by saying that the service itself was great. Despite facing multiple technical errors, the employees we dealt with at the drive-thru were professional, polite, and helpful. But this place needs some serious attention. My mother ordered two Coca-Colas, and they were literally, without a hint of exaggeration, the worst Coca-Colas I have ever had the misfortune of tasting. I don't know what eldritch horror of decay and sadness lurks in their soda machine, but I pray I never cross paths with it again. The sodas were slimy and syrupy and tasted horrible, and were completely flat in a way that makes me think that they were using tap water instead of carbonated water. You know what a soda that's been sitting out too long and got flat tastes like? Yeah, this was nothing like that. It was as though it never had any fizz in the first place. And, again, the consistency was sludgy. When my mother dumped it out her window in disgust, the interior of the cup was coated in what looked like molasses. And the flavor! It was as though caramel developed a grudge and swore revenge against the world. It was bitter and sweet in a way that the word 'bittersweet' simply does not encompass. The sweetness was sickly -- not in that it was too intense, but in that it was as if I were drinking something that had begun to rot. And the bitterness! Imagine plain black coffee that has been sitting in the pot all day long, which you're just desperate enough to drink. Then, magnify that bitterness by at least two. And that's to say nothing of the criminally high temperature of the beverage. Admittedly, there wasn't much ice in the cup, but the short wait time we had should have ensured that some of it melted and cooled the drink. This was not so. Our sodas were perhaps a bit warmer than room temperature, which only added to the sheer gustatory horror of it all. We each took only one sip from our respective drinks before exclaiming in horror and revulsion and dumping them both out the window. It was a deeply disgusting experience, and not even the cardboard fries or the excessively dry buttermilk tenders could fully wash away the lingering aftertaste. I will not be returning, and I will warn anyone who will listen as to the reason why. Though, again -- I do not blame the employees who worked the drive-thru. They did the best they could with a...
Read moreOn 3/15/25 I had the displeasure of taking my wife into the hospital for ongoing pain issues. On the way we stopped into McDonalds for some sandwiches. It was 4:45 am and we waited for our order as you'd expect. Then we headed over to admissions about 1 mile away. The sandwiches were wrong so I called and spoke with a polite young woman who said she wrote it down and to ask for the Mgr Kevin when I went back. My wife ended up having to undergo emergency surgery, and I didn't get back to McDonalds until the following day on 3/16. The young man at the counter was polite and helpful and told the Mgr on duty, an older woman who made a facial expression of disdain and looked over at me, what I'd said. She told him to ask me for my receipt. I informed him that they had not given me one, and that's why I called back after it happened. The young man told her and she told him to tell me she would not do anything about it without one. I insisted that she speak with me directly, as that was unacceptable. When she came over I said goodmorning, and she replied "yes" as if speaking with a customer addressing a problem was too much for her. I went on to tell her my information was supposedly written down in the notes and was told to come in for my correct order. She again stated without a receipt she was not going to do anything, and walked away! She sent some young woman over to talk te me, because she no longer wanted to be professional or do her job. I told the young woman I felt like I was told to f off, because I had done exactly what I was told and was refused to be made whole. She stated that she never said that, and I told I didn't mean her or literally, and she said there was nothing she could do. The best advice she could give me was to come back on Tuesday and speak with the Mgr...
