Raising Cane's has really good food. Their Chicken Strips are great, as is their toast. The fries and coleslaw aren't bad at all. I'm not crazy about their sauce and can't understand why they don't offer ranch, at least. On our visit, the only problem was a (nice) cashier who couldn't make change. I'm not holding it against Raising Cane's (in fact, kudos for hiring him). But I'm damn sure holding it against our crappy education system that doesn't even teach kids super basic life skills like making change. If you ever get the chance to vote for school choice, please do. It's our only hope.

Raising Canes is probably the most mid food you can find anywhere and everywhere. The chicken has very little seasoning, the fries are like cardboard and the sauce that everyone raves about is not that good. It was all fixed with some Kinders barbecue sauce and honey mustard sauce because that was some bland food! There are so many better chicken places out there go find them because this ain’t it!

I love Cane's but it's always a toss up when it comes to this location's service (and attitude) - you honestly never know what you're going to get when it comes to the service part through the drive-thru. 🙈

The food is always fresh and amazing. The times we have eaten inside has been great and everyone has always nice including the manager who stopped by a couple of times to make sure we were doing great 🎉

Drive-thru on the other hand 😬, idk about that. They have given me incorrect orders so many times in the past that I actually have to park to check and see if everything is all there. I honestly don't really mind 'cause we're all human and mistakes are made...

..but if I go inside and tell you kindly that something is missing, I don't expect an employee to argue back that they "did put it in there!" and ask me to bring my order in from the car to prove that my order was incomplete. Forget that.

2nd instance, we asked to sub out the toast for extra fries. We checked and they weren't in there since the toast was in the container. We told them about the missing extra fries and the girl says in the second window says: "did you check the order?'. My husband looked at her and said "Did YOU check the order?!". Ugh. Omg 🤣 and he's like the nicest guy ever lol.

3rd instance, we sub out the bread again for extra fries and this time get 1 more additional bread and no cole slaw. I give up at this point. I am now more likely to drive further out to the CS location just so I don't have to confront anyone just for them to tell me I am wrong about my order 😂.

And it's not like we get a small order or something. We always get the caniac, do extra add-ons like more tenders, upgrade our drink to lemonade, etc so we spend quite a bit every time (but that's not what I am complaining about).

Oh snap I am not even done yet, and the last time we were in drive-thru, some girl in the 2nd window didn't even say a word to us and just handed our food over 😬 didn't ask if we needed any condiments or even a "hey". Like I get it, I worked at a restaurant for 5 years and had some really super duper long days but at least say hi and acknowledge the customers in your face. Kinda rude ✌️.

Oh and we will always pick Cane's over...

So my husband went to canes this evening not even 20 mins ago to get our kids something to eat because of course they love canes. My daughter sent me a picture of her drink with some type of plastic object inside her cup, okay me being a general manager I called to speak to a MOD, the girl answered asked to speak to the MOD she said this is her, I go to explain to her about the plastic object in my daughter's drink. She tells me oh it may be from them stocking up cups and lids, but it's not that serious???!! Umm excuse me now the General manager side kicked in so I had to explain to her no you take any foreign objects in guest food or drinks seriously. I guess this is why I didn't get hired for any positions here to forward. Please train your staff on foreign objects you do not...

My husband and I decided to get food from this establishment on Friday 28th . We order our food and everything is fine until we see though the window what appeared to be a worker eating French fries and licking her fingers! Not once did I see her wash her hands or sanitized them . She then proceeds to open the food to check it and then bags it up and gives it to the car in front of us. As we move to the window the worker is still eating food and then beings to rub her nose , she opens the boxes to our food closes them and placed them in the bag and hands it to us. I have never been so dissatisfied with a establishment before we will not be returning back! It is so sad the lack of sanitation procedures that are clearly not...
