I just left 7 brew this morning! I've been here multiple times, also the one in Tyler, TX. So, trust me, I love the product. But this morning just left me so disgusted with them. The guy came out to take my order, he came out touching his nose. Strike 1.. He sneezed, no big deal, it's texas, allergies are allergies. It's what he did that gives him strike 2, he didn't cover his nose, or turn away. As he continued to type my order in. He then, wiped his nose, which had snot and buggers with his hand. Im so not kidding, then he wiped his hand on the towel they clean the cups off with. I'm trying my best at this point to make eye contact with the young lady who is inside making my drink. He grabs them from her, one had to be made over. So, here comes strike 3, he wipes my cup down with the towel and gives me straws. I'm overly disgusted. He gives me the second one. I'm trying my best not to be rude. I pulled up a bit, got the attention of another girl who was working. She switched them out. But to be honest, I can't even drink it still. 13.53 in the trash. Please pay attention to people who are...
Read moreWent there this morning at about 712. I sat there and waited as I watched one guy named Oscar servicing the car next to me. I was closest to the building where a group of other workers were inside. The only other person working was somebody up in the roof on the ladder bringing stuff down and one other Girl named Vicky, who was running the drinks. There was a girl in a pink sweatshirt standing there, checking her phone, gossiping and dancing to the music and playing with lids, but literally the drive-through was backing up. Unfortunately, for seven brew at this location, you only have about 3 to 4 people out of the seven you were paying that are actually working hard. It’s always unfortunate. The other kids need to get some work ethic under control and realize they’re being paid to do a job not to check their phone or stand there and dance and gossip. I’ve never sat that long when there’s not anyone in front of me...
Read moreThis was my top choice for iced coffee BUT there seems to always be something going on with the establishment. I eventually stopped going because the location is a bit of an inconvenience with the medians and the Villa Maria is just generally a super busy street. I recently started going again but 2 out of few times I went (within a 5 day period) they were out of ice & another day they closed while I was in line due to something being wrong with the water. They obviously didn’t take my order but they blocked all entrances so I was stuck in line for absolutely no reason. It’s definitely not worth it for me to go out of my way when another competitor coffee shop is down the street from home. Staff is always nice but it’s annoying when they have to randomly close for...
