Took my wife and kid on opening day. Waited ~30-35min to get to the order speaker. Given its opening day, it's no big deal and expected.
They should really add well-highlighted signs at the entrance to the drive-through, stating the payment and service restrictions. It did not impact us, but I can imagine the number of people who found themselves stuck in an extremely long line after finding out their cash wasn't accepted.
Payment restrictions aside, the service is lifeless, soulless, and does not make me want to come back. I'm not looking for a conversation or peppy attitudes, but Angie's has specifically built this new model to minimize anything outside of rushed, transactional interactions between customers and staff.
Whst has left the worst taste in my mouth is the business practice and model. The new approach is to make the customer responsible for the majority of non-cooking service, all under the guise of "keeping prices low," despite them simultaneously providing low quality and over priced food prepared by a skeleton crew shoved in a space no bigger than a utility closet. In N Out is cheaper than here, and they hire tenfold more employees at an almost identical wage, producing significantly higher quality food and operating stores on larger pads. It feels extremely dishonest.
The food was below average bordering on average. The fries were only partially cooked through, but they were seasoned well. The chicken tenders tasted boxy and were mushy as if over tenderized, which sucked bc the panko and the fry on them were perfect. The cheeseburger was probably the best item. It tasted very much like a whopper with a significantly better bun and pickles.
Overall, I was very disappointed. Most likely, we will not return despite living within...

Auto replies are not going to work in the along run. Also fix your floors one day you will be sued for having slipper floors that have been that way for weeks. Someone must have dropped grease
Bre L is the most condescending and rude individual who has ever assisted me in any establishment. I asked for breakfast.
Bre: We don’t have breakfast Me: Oh when did it stop? Bre: We just don’t serve it and it’s 10:40 so your late either way. Me: So am I late? What time does it stop? Bre: No we don’t have a menu and we don’t serve it. Me: I’m looking at it, so am I late or do you not serve breakfast I’m confused?. Bre: No we don’t because we don’t serve breakfast here and we don’t have anything to make breakfast. Me: Ok, well theirs a menu here so you might want to cover it up because it shows your breakfast. Bre: No we don’t their is not menu for it we can’t have a menu if we don’t were breakfast. Me: Ok
Yes their is a menu, and she also purposely short answers all my questions with the biggest attitude with her rude replies. This could have been a simple.
At this time we are not serving breakfast but we are excited to begin serving it soon. The menu is their so that you can take a look at the items we will be serving soon. We do have the salads, burgers, etc let me know if you have any questions.
Someone please train her and YES THEIR IS A MENU!

Read moreHi,
We went in store to order a shrimp meal and ckn cobb salad. We are there typically 2-3 times a week. This time we checked the fries and they were cold and stale. We checked because they have been not the best, the last several times. I went back in and waited, then the same girl that dropped the food originally came back out. She didn't have a name tag that I could see and did not identify herself. I'm fine with Angie's relying on phone/app/touchscreen orders so the staff can focus on making the product and keeping cost down. She had a complete blank stare and seemed put out that I was asking her for help, didn't apologize, and said they were fresh. I asked her to touch them and was trying to be polite. She didn't say anything took the bag, brought it back and we checked again. They were the same fries...we only knew because some were clumped together in the original and the "redone" order, also still cold and hard. I brought them back and she had the same blank stare said they were fresh and I said they are not and then she tried to say she was talking on the headset. It shouldn't have been a big deal but she couldn't smile or simply touch them. The ones we finally got appeared to be the same that were put in the frier to warm them. Absolutely stale. We were very excited to have Angie's open but likely not going back. The don't want to talk to you, the quality/freshness is notably lower than when they opened. This worker has been there for a while but I would skip this place until they enforce standards. We threw it away as her vibe didn't reassure us of how carefully she would have handled the shrimp and "new fries". Too bad as we try to support...
