Welcome to Mo’s! Where deal=scam. In a rush to pick up a gift I decided to grab 2 “grab-bags” of candy on my way to a friend’s. I was a bit mortified to learn their apparently “best deal” (4.95 vs 5.50 is a steap discount according to Mo’s so much so you deserve inedible candy in a covered bag) is a bag full of holiday reject candy. Pre photo she ate a few of the Christmas gummies because the whole point is my friend loves candy, but it was pretty stale disgusting candy even from Halloween 10 months ago sitting in a porous bag for what has probably been 9 months. My default is to support small businesses in my community but it’s hard when they literally try to scam people with reject goods they don’t even currently sell (like those disgusting tootsie type balls and singular m+ms). The one candy corn piece thrown into the bag really forced this review, to at least save any future customers from wasting their money on stale, already not great tasting, candy you can only be so lucky to find on clearance at Walgreens back in December to get their own reject candy off the shelf. Or, maybe even this will ethically speak to the people there and they’ll realize your attempt to steal money from people in exchange for offloading candy any other store would throw away (which is what I did with most of it), is not the best business strategy. Your greed is instead an obnoxious and disgusting business tactic. If you like pink and blue taffy, clearly the least liked flavors, then by all means you’ll get a bag full of it and nothing else if you’re bag is taffy, the bag of gummies, you better like Christmas and valentine candy no one wanted to buy, with a an added stale flavor and toughness to it, because you’re getting nothing else. Not one candy currently on sale lining the sore shelves.

We were so lucky to be recommended to Mo's for our wedding cake & desserts! Michelle (Mo) and her daughter Natasha were very helpful in the planning process. We got to go in for a tasting beforehand and pick out exactly what we wanted for us and our guests. The cake and cupcakes were not only flawless but delicious as well! We had a raspberry filling with fresh fruit on top and both were so good! It was a July wedding and the frosting held up in the heat perfectly. They were able to put in our personalized cake topper too and setup the whole thing just how we pictured it, offering their own serving dishes and flatware. We've also been into the store and tried some of the rest of their treats and are amazed at how yummy it all is. Highly recommend them for desserts of any kind, but especially wedding or event treats! Thanks again Mo & Natasha! (Photo credits to Julie Moran Photography, who is local to the area too!)

Not good. 2 young girls working. 1 doing all the work, the other was on a computer. 6 people in line took one order, made that then asked the next one of us. Large Sundae didn't have 2 peanut butters in the pre packaged cups that they heat up individually, no almonds. My daughters chocolate milkshake tasted so bad she threw it out. Not to mention the whip cream was on top of the cover. Our last order was just a scoop of amaretto ice cream, that was good.

Sahara desert dessert. When they say you eat with your eyes first trust your instincts. At the front table near the register were pumpkin whoopie pies. Let's just say whoopie pies in general are my kryptonite. So I couldn't pass up a pumpkin one. By just looking at them you could tell they were dry. Even though they were all sealed up in plastic wrapping. So I figured how dry could they be. Well let me tell you. One bite and the top crumbled off from where it was joined with the filling. Which was also not that great but the way. I couldn't even take a second bite because it was in pieces...
