We roll up to the drive through speaker, "Hello, how are you?" Excuse me, we are not that close friends. The young lady working the drive through never greeted us with "Welcome to KFC/LJS, may I take your order please?" That "laid back" greeting is not going to get you anywhere. We knew what we wanted and immediately ordered the bucket for one. We asked for the KFC sauce. She told us in a rude and curt manner, "You can request your sauces at the window." Seriously? You are going to give me attitude while I try to make your job a little easier?
As we got to the window, the young lady working the window was way nicer than the rude girl who took my order. We did have to ask again after our food was handed to us, for the KFC sauce. You would have thought for the sake of efficiency you would have done that when we told you the first time, especially since the lady taking our order thought we were on a first name basis with her short greeting.
The only good thing about this place was the food was hot and fresh. KFC please drop the your unprofessional greeting. I have been told by other restaurants it is to speed things up. No, it is rude and not very...
Read moreAs soon as I walked in this place and stood at the register they took my order. I didn't have to wait like I do it most restaurants. Although I did have to wait for my order but I'm not complaining because everything was hot and fresh. Plus I spent $12.65 what's might seem expensive but it's really not because of that $12.65. I got in a total of nine items. 5 piece chicken strips, a biscuit, 1 bowl of macaroni and cheese, 1 bowl of mashed potatoes with gravy, and a large drink. That's total of 9 items for $12.65. So that's not bad at all. Most places you would paid that much and only get three items. And the restaurant was clean and people were friendly. This is the definition of great customer service and a great restaurant overall. That is how food is supposed to be served. I don't give any business a 5 star rating. So that says something KFC/Long John silver's. Thanks for being the best fast food...
Read moreThese managers should really train all employees on cross contamination.I had ordered a family chicken meal and when the employee had my chicken in the bucket he slammed the bucket on the counter where they had looked to be a cooling area for cold food. Cause it had ice around it.as he slammed the bucket down some of the chicken fell out and in the cold area.so what he did is picked up the chicken from in there and put it back in the bucket like nothing even happened. I told them I did not want that chicken. I wanted fresh chicken.so I was waiting a long time for the chicken and didn't even get and apology from the manager nor did he come and talk to...
