My recent visit to Wing Stop was truly memorable, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Aydia. I never leave reviews but this place seriously just sucks! The young girl up front was just awful🤦🏻‍♀️ I walk in and she just stares at me no hi or anything but okay so I tell her I’m placing an order and she says “okay what do you want” like what is customer service? She asks for my name and I literally spell it out for her (my name is not hard it’s 4 letters also mind you there was nobody in the lobby so it was not loud) she put Billy… and then in the middle of taking my order she turns around and asked the guy in the kitchen if he put her food in the back, then stands there talking to him instead of finishing my order. I pay and she just walks away… almost $40 later I open the box and the wings are tiny with barely any meat on them😩 so...

I feel compelled to share my recent disappointing experience at your Buda location. Unfortunately, the wings lacked seasoning, and the ranch dressing had an unappealing taste.

What added to my frustration was the inconvenience of having to pay in-store before my order was prepared. This stands in stark contrast to the smoother and more customer-friendly process at the Southpark Meadows Wingstop. Their excellent customer service and streamlined online ordering have set a higher standard.

Despite the proximity of the Buda location to my home, I regret not opting for the Southpark Meadows Wingstop. I hope this feedback prompts improvements at the Buda branch to ensure a better overall dining experience...
