Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Buena Park

This is the first time on this location that has happen to me as I come me and my spouce as regular costumers to be treated the way the employee was treating us. I came to oder a classic chicken sandwich as well since you guys had apromo going on French toast 2x 6 bucks. Since you guys have a promo I also want to take that. At the beginning Jayleene had a attitude with people at the driver thru trying to hurry them up on ordering so I don't know exactly what was her issue. Now that I oder this food she state we don't have French toast for that price and i toll her well you have a sign on the window mix match on breakfast items. Then she responded say well we dont have it then I she say we do have it with regular price and I toll her again wait so you have it but only regular price but you don't want to sell me those then that is false advertising. Her respond well I don't make the signs with attitude she responded. Then I toll her you know what cancel my oder as I was walking away she was laughing at me. Now this is unprofessional from her ether she needs to find a career that suits her personality just because her action will not make me come to this restaurant now as I live 3 minutes away. Worst Carl's junior worst management and worst service by rude managers especially the older man with the mustash. One of the rudest managers I've ever experienced. I go to a lot of Carl's and I normally get great service but this place they're not training people right and they don't even know the definition of a combo. And when They make a mistake ringing someone up they blame the customer instead. I recommend to Drive 2 miles down the road to the brookhurst Carl's jr. Cheaper prices better service and less crowded. So Literally they said after I went through the drive-through a second time cause my order was missing an item,. they said to come around to the side door of the restaurant whixh I thought was strange , but I did anyway, I waited 10 To 15 minutes and they never acknowledged I was there and never got my chicken stars. The entrance and parking lot have no cameras so you can commit crimes here and get away with it because there will be no proof. I was assaulted by a person in an electric wheelchair who was kicking their service animal. I called the police to report it and due to lack of proof the poor animal remains with this person. Me being hit wasn't my issue as they where in a wheelchair after all. It was the animal I am concerned for. This Carl's jr on La Palma in Buena Park is a free for all illegal activity. No cameras to protect it's customers or our precious pets. Had this lactation had cameras at entrance and parking lot I could have saved this animal. There is no excuse for animal abuse. Officer said dog was happy and playful. Every one knows if you kick a dog it will still come back to you. I did my part by reporting it. I will sleep better knowing I did everything in my ability.
